Solo stayed and the staff was proficient enough in English to help me with my stay. Room cleaning is every other day unless you request, which is no issue they always provide an extra set of towels on the door even if you request for no housekeeping. Free items like comb, toothbrush and toothpaste, bath towel for you to take at the front desk. Luggage forwarding is an option to send suitcase to next hotel for a fee. The coin laundry on 14th floor and you can monitor the progress of each machine to know when each machine is free to use or when yours is done as well

Breakfast spread was good. Staff were friendly. Well equipped with microwave and happy hour drinks were welcomed. Approximately 10-15 walk to Nagoya station. If you know how to walk the underground you can actually get there quite easily. There's a Don Quijote (with supermarket) nearby that makes getting food and gifts very convenient.

The location of Centrair Hotel cannot be beat, as the hotel is right across terminal 1 at Nagoya airport. The hotel is a no frills business hotel with stellar front counter service. The room was good with clean showers and bed sheets, but was a little duaty. The all you can eat breakfast was a good include and worth the extra money. Great for a short stay if you catch yourself on a+7 hour flight and don't want to deal with moving on short rest!
