Yes, the rooms are tiny, but the hotel is cool, tasteful and well appointed (excellent bathroom/shower, and even our tiny room included an air humidifier, an essential in all hotels in Japan’s very dry winter weather!) and the location and convenience are second to none – steps away from the metro, and walkable to all the great parts of Shibuya and beyond. Our room was also perfectly quiet, despite looking out onto the street (windows are frosted on the lower floors). Check-in was super easy at the kiosk, but staff were also there to help at any time. Overall, yes it’s expensive for the size of the room (barely enough space to open one suitcase) but we knew what to expect and have no regrets.

Nice little western-friendly hotel
All Day Place is a nice, simple, western-friendly hotel in an excellent location just minutes from Shibuya Scramble. It has a pizza restaurant that also appears popular with locals and a coffee shop downstairs. There were three set breakfast choices (none Japanese) that were very good. The "reception desk" is just two people sitting at a small desk in an area in front of the elevators. I stayed in a Deluxe Corner Twin, which was a decent size for a Japanese hotel. One thing to point out - contrary to the Hotels.com description there is NO laundry service. There are a few combo washer-dryer machines, but the cycle time is over two hours so I never saw even one open during my stay. Overall, a nice value for the price.

Excellent location, close to major attractions. There are lots of restaurants, shops, and cafe around too. The hotel feels casual, hip. The staff is there to assist but everything is “encouraged” to be done by self. Decent size room for central Tokyo location. The common area and room is clean. Love the big window.

Great servoce with modern and nice rooms!
Very clean and modern Hotel. The Staff was very friendly. Since one room was ready a bit earlier they let me even checkin 1 hour earlier! That‘s maybe not always possible but for me it was very convenient! Also I had to extend my stay and switch between rooms. So they helped me a lot. Also the staff speaks very well english and is always happy to help.

Small room maybe because I booked with Expedia I was given the smaller room and a terrible view Scraped my leg on the Bed frame because the edging was missing/broken. Room service dropped off towels and a bag so I could change the trash. Carpet was very dirty and stained. (Was not doing pushups) No bottle water It’s all self service so you get what you get. No phone to call the front desk
