First time in Tokyo

Really nice hotel, rooms not huge so check that out, we had a double booked which was really only for one person so upgraded. Only 4 hangers which was ok but could have dine with a couple more. However a great hotel, super position and efficient check in and out. Cafe/bar downstairs is great, really busy and super coffee. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely MADE our trip amazing. Rooms are cleverly using small spaces, we slept a family of 3 super well for 10 days. Staff was perfect, and having specialty coffee in the morning + a craft beer at night was heaven. 100% recommend.

Overall our stay was good. However, we noticed that the sheets and towels had stains on them. We had informed them that our sheets had a brown stain and they were able to provide new ones. But when we asked for new towels, those also had stains. We didn't say anything about the towels since it was our second last day but it wasn't great to see.

Amazing location, super walkable area, tons of restaurants/shopping close by and easy walk to train stations. Extremely easy check in/check out love the casual front desk setup and self service machines. The staff was super friendly as well. The room was clean, simple, with comfortable beds and lots of toiletries as well as pajamas provided. The shower in our Deluxe Corner Twin room was FABULOUS very spacious and felt like a spa. There is a pizza restaurant, coffee shop and awesome Mikkellar beer bar connected to the hotel. We also loved the late check out option for a small fee. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything about the property is great but I gave it 4 stars purely on the size of the room and lack of luggage storage. My husband is 6 foot 4 and he struggled with the overall size of the room. However the bathroom was excellent. Great shower, toilet and space. Despite his height the bed was actually long enough so a big plus there. Great position and easy walking to stations, restaurants, Harajuka etc.staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience.

Would easily be the best place we stayed during our trip to Japan. Great location, only a few metre from Shibuya Crossing but tucked on a side street so was very quiet at night. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, even helped with providing some packing tape for golf clubs my husband purchased on the trip. Highly recommend.

This property was in an amazing location. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and the rooms were very clean. The rooms are definitely small, so keep that in mind while booking. We got a larger room. Would definitely recommend.

The rooms are clean and lovely but very very small. The area is perfect but be aware that if you have bags the standard room will make it hard to move around in the rooms.
