A great hotel with convenient access to transportation, dining, and shopping. I just wish there were more elevators and additional washers and dryers to help reduce congestion during peak hours. The top-floor communal bath is wonderful.

Great hotel, nice and quiet location and very clean. Easy access to the train station so easy to get around. Only downside was how small the double room is. This hotel has a coffee pod machine in the room which is awesome and the buffet breakfast is amazing. I really enjoyed the Japanese breakfast options on the buffet.

Hotel was clean and in a quiet area, Room was kept clean throughout the stay, sugar was not replenished after day one but we found ourselves going out for coffees rather than the complimentary supply. Staff were friendly and we're able to communicate to us in English for the small amount of questions we did have through our stay. Coin laundry provided was fantastic for the two week stay and was easy to use. Hotel catered to English speakers which we did not expect

I would not stay here again. Positives - The hotel is right next to the subway, which is convenient, the property was clean and had comfortable beds, and the onsen was nice. Negatives - I would not recommend this hotel for groups traveling together. I booked two rooms together, but they put us in different floors and you can’t access other floors than the one you are on. Every time we needed to meet up or exchange something, we had to go to the lobby. Check in took over 40 minutes and there was a significant language barrier. From a tourist perspective, it’s in a very quiet governmental area. There is a big police presence (at one point there was military/police personnel with machine guns in the lobby!) and not many other people, not so fun for tourist travel.
