Good location, convenient for most places in Tokyo via subway (Roppongi station is a short walk away). The local area isn't that interesting except maybe for the teamLabs location (if you can get tickets) but its not a bad base. Hotel staff are frieendly and helpful. Main drawbacks are (1) like all APA facilities the rooms are *very* small so its tough to even unpack a suitcase and (2) this hotel has a very small "footprint" and therefore has only one elevator... so in the morning rush hour it can take a while to get down to ground level. One unexpected plus was that the "boulangerie" Sakura across the street serves an awesome breakfast!

It was a nice stay with convenient location. The room was very small but I understand that is the case with a Japanese business hotel. I thought they bit strict on the rules (my friend was not allowed to go past the lobby). Overall it fit my needs and I am satisified.
