Tiny but well-arranged and perfectly serviceable room in an excellent location. (Tokyo Midtown and Roppongi Hills are within easy walking distance.) There's only lift for each building, so be prepared to wait. We didn't try the breakfast, so we can't comment on that.

I was warned that the rooms are small but I was taken aback by how really small it was. They have toiletries available all the time though and staff were friendly. It’s not in Roppongi proper, probably a 10-min walk. There’s a bus that stops in front of the hotel and Roppongi Itchinome subway station across (6-8min walk) from the pedestrian bridge

pros: - good location based on what you're wanting to be close to - nice lobby with simple, automated check-in and check-out - all the typical convenient amenities you'd expect, refrigerator & small but usable desk space - friendly helpful front desk reception that helped us find a medical clinic we needed, ありがとうございます!! cons: - To be expected in tokyo, but extremely small. - There was only *one* lift in our entire building, which even the cleaners had to use- makes leaving and entering the building take longer than you'd expect - Only a few laundry machines accessible to all guests, not reserved so bit of a free for all - Biggest complaint was the TV - it's wrapped in some proprietary "APA" software that I assume the entire chain employs, but casting even simple youtube videos from your mobile barely works, very unreliable, cuts out all the time and on the rare occasion it does work, the hotel software gives you MORE ads to watch before you have to site through the usual youtube ads after! All I ask from hotels is that they provide an accessible HDMI port so I can cast from my laptop, but there wasn't one accessible here, so I'd hesitate to stay at an APA hotel in the future :(

Hotel is in a great location. Minutes away from train stations. Lots of restaurants and walking distance from stores and the tower. Clean, quiet, rooms/bathrooms are small. The Suntory hall is also walking distance. I would stay here again. Couple and stayed 3 3 nights.

Everything was excellent, the only bad thing was that I received an email from the hotel staff to confirm the time of my arrival and if they didn’t hear back from me they would cancel my stay basically pressuring me because I had already received confirmation when the hotel was paid for; I did reply back however letting them know I had a connecting flight and informed them the timeframe of my arrival to which the hotel did not reply back, so I just don’t understand why I received that email but other than that I really liked the hotel
