Like: room size is just nice for the 2 of us, better than APA Nishiazabu. Check-out process was easy & quick. Fresh towels given daily. Bathroom/Toilet system's modern & comprehensive. Microwave on 1F was convenient. Don't like: not many restaurants around hotel

Great clean hotel. It is a newer APA hotel so it feels luxurious compared to the other APA hotels. The area is phenomenal, tons of partying til 6-7am just 2-3 blocks away. Had the time of my life in this area. (It is a rich neighborhood so you may be paying more for food and clothes around this area)

This was my first time staying here while visiting Japan! Was a nice experience. Yes the rooms are small but we didn’t care because we only used the rooms for sleeping. It was a short walk from everything and in a nice area! Only issue was those washing machines….it took a very long time to get our laundry done. Other than that it was a nice hotel! Would love to stay here again when I return to Japan.

Good value for the price. Very quiet with good night sleep. Staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurant a bit disappointing that the Fuji at the hotel is not consistent with the opening hours and dates. The hotel restaurant, Trattoria Itsuki has very good selection for breakfast buffet! Thank you, we will definitely stay at this hotel again next time.

The bathroom was clean, but the floors, walls, and ceiling were covered in odd stains. When we asked about the availability of another cleaner room, we were shut down without an inquiry as to why. If you simply need a room to sleep in, this hotel fulfills that need for a pretty cheap price, but otherwise a slight splurge may be worth it for comfort and cleanliness.

Hotel was ok.. big issue is that AC is centralized, so you can not control it for your room. It was really hot in the room, so you either had to be as hot as in an oven, or really cold with the AC you couldn’t control. Even if you chose the AC, it would turn off after maybe 30-60 minutes? So every night I would wake up after the AC shut down, sweating again. Not a single good night of sleep because of that. Not many places nearby to roam around the hotel. Noisy if you open the window to get some air in.
