Stayed for 6 nights. Everything was fine except for the heating/cooling system. The first two nights the room was an uncomfortably warm 27C. Apparently the whole building is either in heating mode or cooling mode and for the first two nights we were in heating mode.
We left the window open during the day but had to close it to sleep - the traffic noise was too loud with the window open.
This hotel states the entire building must be either a/c or heat. They have turned over to heat for the season . Our 13th floor room was over 80°f or 27°c. Staff unresponsive to any questions for the area. We did not feel welcomed and were very uncomfortable.

This property is all you need for a couple of nights stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The extra charge per hour for late check-out surprised me!
My biggest issue was the cleanliness. Linen was neat, but floor was not vacuumed well and the bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly. This definitely needs improvement.

Checking process was terrible. The staff behind the counter were so rude. The rooms were very hot with no control over the air conditioning. You could not open the window because the traffic noise was too loud . The hotel is located by a freeway but with the window close very quiet. Reception area was not big enough for the amount of people checking into six buildings. Would not recommend.
The room was so small it was impossible fir two people to get ready in at the same time. There was no way to open the suitcases but on the bed and there was 6 inches from the bed to the wall. The room was so hot and smelled so badly.
The check in process is not good. My booking for two rooms did not run smoothly. The staff were rude and customer service was non existent. To the point we’re staff took a photo copy of my passport and laughed at my photo in front of me between other staff members. When I used google translate to ask what is going on. I was confronted with a staff member lifting her finger to me. This went on for half an hour. Finally got room key. I would not recommend this property due to the fact the staff are so rude!! Unhelpful. I understand English is not a priority but in the tourism industry some English would help customer service. Not pleasant.
Room was quite small & did not hv storage areas for clothes. But the amenities were great & the staff was helpful & friendly. Location was good, close to the train station , bus stop , restaurants, 7/11 and shops.
