This was the perfect hotel for explore Tokyo. There is a sub station 1 min walking, also therr is a lot of option to get food and combiny stores. Rooms are tiny but clean and quiet, the staff team super nice.I will totally go back

The hotel is good bar 2 things for some reasons it's semi outdoor so outside the rooms is ice cold and windows do not open to the rooms so they can get really stuffy and the air conditioning is too hot on the lowest setting

Room was uninhabitable, employees did their best. It was so dusty and stuffy my wife and I both got sick. The staff offered solutions that would not fix it so we moved to a different hotel chain.

Very nice but small room for standard size but the bed was comfy. Right next to subway lines and 2 minutes away from Asakusa and 7 minutes away from Tokyo Skytree so was convenient.

The staff were very helpful and understanding due to issues outside of both myself and their control, and were willing to accommodate for that. The hotel is around a 15 min walk from Asakusa and Kuramae station is very close by with access to the line for Haneda airport

Excellent staff. Senso-ji Temple is a 20-25 minute walk or you can just take a 5 minute subway ride. You can also take the subway from Narita airport to Kuramae station that exits directly in front of the hotel!

This hotel was a bit cheaper than similar APA hotels, likely because it doesn't have a lot of facilities (there is no breakfast at the property) and for tourism, travelling from and onto the Asakusa line and Toei Asakusa line can be a bit of a trek. I enjoyed that the room was a bit bigger than in similar business hotels. I did not enjoy a (for Japanese standards) strongly worded message I received from the hotel a day prior to my arrival, telling me I would lose my reservation unless I gave them an arrival time. First of all, why? A reservation is a reservation. Secondly, I was lucky that I was travelling from within the country and received the message at all, or I would have been left without a room. How is a first-time visitor gor example supposed to know their exact arrival time? In the end, the staff member I brought this up with didn’t know about this, and neither was it a problem. There was also a member of staff who, while they fulfilled my request, refused to speak to or look at me, this has never happened to me before. if you don’t enjoy working with foreigners, I suggest you should work somewhere else, perhaps?

A perfectly fine hotel with all you need. Room was tiny, but it fits a good sized bed and that's all I care about. A bath was there too, though tiny bathtub (did not try to fit there, fine for showering).Not a happening area, but walkable for Asakusa metro next door to travel elsewhere

I had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. I will have to look at the other rooms. Not used to having to watch television from bed while possibly eating. Normally I never have food in my bed. Otherwise the staff was helpful the location was near the transit for my Kendo and site seeing adventures. Thank you for your hospitality Nippon Team.
