Oh, I’m definitely staying here again.

If you can deal with the smaller than average space, Clean room (can be cleaned everyday upon request), friendly and helpful staff, Great breakfast, great location (5-6 minute walk from the closest station and Akihabara, steps away from a Familymart).

The room was fine—small but expected for a Japanese hotel. It was clean and had everything I needed. However, the bed was uncomfortable because it was uneven, and the pillows felt old and overused. While the rest of the stay was okay, the poor sleep quality really stood out. Updating the bed and pillows would make a big difference!

I would not recommend staying here. There were so many little annoying things about our room (a Queen bed room) that it definitely had a negative impact on our stay. For instance, the A/C is controlled by the building, and so even though we didn't turn the heater on, it was unbearably hot every night. Other issues included: there only being outlets on one side of the bed; the toilet is so cramped against the sink, wall, and door, it was uncomfortable; the shower head (wand) wouldn't ever point in the right direction, etc; it could have been much cleaner, etc.

Location was overall good. Air conditioning patchy. Staff were great. Biggest disappointment was not able to enjoy BBC News as dubbed in Japanese so of no use. Close to 2 supermarket areas

Hotel was very nice. 10 minute walk from Ochanomizu Station. I'm sure it'd be faster if there weren't construction going at the station. The hostess at the front desk was very nice, check in was quick and painless. The room was definitely on the tighter side but for a night, it was do-able. The breakfast was delicious! It was a buffet style breakfast with a nice lady running the front end.
