The property was overall nice, we did not stay for more than a day or two so we don’t know much about cleaning service/all services. They asked us if we needed our room to be cleaned when we left for the day which was nice but they do need to dust the headboard of the bed though i noticed. Nice place - we would come back and go to other APA’s in the future

This is one of my favorite APA Hotels. It's clean and safe. It's very convenient to the Tokyo Metro Station. Staff are very nice and helpful.I am looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Clean, tidy hotel in the neighbourhood of Asakusa. Metro across the street for convenient transportation. Close to Akihibara. Surounding is quiet. Room is kinda small. Overall still a good choice.

It was a nice room for family of 3 despite the size. It was convenient for us, trains station is literally a 1-2 minute walk. It’s also close to Senso-ji temple as well. The was definitely a plus. Would recommend!

Convenient location, the room gets incredibly dusty, likely due to the feather pillows, and not everywhere gets cleaned during cleaning days so it was a little stuffy. The facilities were good, but only one washing machine per gender. And no closet in standard rooms which meant I had to live out of a suitcase for over 2 weeks. Out of all the chain hotels, this one maybe falls 3rd. I had a much better experience at the Sotetsu Fresa Inn’s.
