Liked the area, conveniently located between Keikyu & Keikyu Kamata Train stations. Close to 7/11, Lawson, Fast food, ramen shops, etc. Only wish the rooms were a bit larger as I had a room with three beds for three guests. Other than that, I thought it to be very nice and clean and the staff was welcoming and attentive.

The staff made everything easy for us. It was extremely helpful to have a washer/dryer and microwave. Very convenient and near a shopping area, not too far from the train station. I would stay there again if I’m in the area.

The property and staff were awesome. The staff were very welcoming and glad to answer any questions and clear up any concerns. The property was near a train station and within walking distance to another train station and plenty of food options nearby. Definitely would stay here again.

Great hotel; nice area; reasonable price
This hotel is in a very nice and safe area; only a 5 minute walk from a Tokyo subway/train station; we were able to do that with all of our big suitcases (no stairs to climb). It's also very close to Tokyo Haneda airport.

Great Improvement
APA Hotel is a contemporarily business hotel and is popular among young business people. I have the APA chain in various cities, and I noticed they have upgraded the amenities in the rooms. Moreover, they facilitated a Japanese Izakaya-type restaurant within the hotel.
