i've stayed at this hotel several times due to its location. steps from the airport express station; ueno park and bars and restaurants. Christmas market across the street. Highly recommend

This property was better than the APA we stayed at in Roppongi. Same size room (tiny), but didn't have that sewer gas smell. I did have to have the management come up and unclog the tub drain and install a new battery on the bidet. Fresh towels everyday, left on your door. There is a nice park just across the street, as well as a train station. The main Uano station is a two block walk.

Not impressed!
There's no individual room temperature control so I was roasting every night until I figured out how to open window, no screens on window so it's a good thing I was on 12th floor. Also fridge in room froze everything even on warmest temperature, not to mention there are no laundry facilities.
