Location was good. Room was very small. Elevators very busy in the morning but you will get in after a few tries. Space in lobby limited as guest's bags can take a lot of space in the morning after check out. Breakfast is value for money but space is limited and often so out if you are not quick enough to buy a coupon. Staff service is excellent.

Hotel is small, but clean. Its location is excellent. Keisei Ueno station, which connects Ueno to Narita airport, is across the hotel. Ueno station is one block away which connects Ueno to thecmany neighbors of Tokyo.

Very convenient location and good amenities. The breakfast was very enjoyable. Room had great view of lake in Ueno Park. Only inconvenience is sometimes the elevator takes too long as there are only two for a 15 story building.

Would not recommend this hotel. Of the four hotels I stayed in, in Japan, this one was the smallest and the worst. The hallway is actually open to the outside so it is dark, hot and humid. The room was not clean, spots on the wall, and the bathroom is extremely tiny.

We left our luggage in the morning and the desk copied our passports. When we returned to check in they said they didn't have our passport copies. This made us feel very uncomfortable that there were copies of our passports somewhere. Otherwise its an excellent location to go to Narita. Very convenient for train,subway, dining and shopping. Rooms are very small but great as long as you know.

The location is awesome, steps away from Ueno park and Ueno train station. Our room was bigger than expected for a Tokyo hotel. The only pity was that their breakfast starts at 7:00 instead of 6:30, so we had to miss it to catch the train for airport, although already prepaid the breakfast at booking.

The staff were incredible, the view of Ueno Park and the city was stunning (especially at night). Super convenient location. So many spots were walkable from there. I wish the bed had been more firm but that's because I'm accustomed to western style hotel beds.

Great location just a few minutes walk from Ueno Station. Room with view of the lake was lovely. Restaurant/breakfast service was good with enough variety to satisfy everyone. Friendly and efficient staff.
