Location is absolutely perfect. Station was right out the door. Very quiet area away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect place to retreat to at the end of the day. Staff was very friendly and accommodating too!

We were only there for one night, but the check-in/ check-out process was quick and easy. Another bonus was that the hotel was connected to a 711 convenient store. The room itself was a bit small but was fine for a one night stay. I also saw that the hotel offered a public bath but did not get to try (would love to next time). I thought it was also unique that all the hotel information was available on the TV in the room.

Very comfortable stay during my ten Shay’s in Japan. I was worried the distance and travel might affect my trip and connecting with my friends, but the transit system is so on point that there was a train every three minutes. The extra travel time really allowed me to prepare/decompress before and after my day of activity and the staff were always welcoming and helpful when I arrived. Also, very convenient combini(7 Eleven) attached to the hotel.

Great location not far from Haneda airport and in front of the train station, and enough restaurants around for a convenient quick meal. Also, there's a 7-Eleven on the ground floor where you can quickly buy snacks and drinks. The only negative is that the rooms are so tiny and it's hard for two people to move around in there. I'm used to small hotel rooms in Japan but this wins the prize for the smallest room I've ever seen.
