There were hairs in the bathroom and on our bedding, and some stains on the wall. The room was very small. Other than that, it was fine. Affordable, and close to a train. I’d recommend it if you’re looking for a cheap place to stay, and don’t have super high standards.

Great location right outside of bustling Shinjuku, within 30 minutes walking distance from the core of Shinjuku for those late nights when the metro is closed. Train station is 200m from the lobby. Rooms are just big enough for anything you need.

It was away from shinjuku craziness but easily walk to there like 20min and roads where so clean and safe worth it. Property was clean, spa great, souna, wash and clean good. If you want quite place no loud noises in middle night from drunk young kids this is then spot. Plus there is park like less than 10min away has amazing restaurant and next to it starbucks
