Great Value

Loved the modernity of this hotel and its embrace of technology! I checked in without having to speak to anyone. Did it simply by going to a kiosk in the lobby. Loved that right around the corner from the hotel are several places to eat!! Food spots everywhere with GOOD FOOD!! Also short walk to the metro station. Hotel is a bit far from central Tokyo (Shubuya Crossing etc) but it's close to the metro so that made it easier to get around. The room is VERY SMALL but for the price, amenities and location, IT'S WORTH IT! I also loved that I could mirror my phone to the TV in the room and watch content from my phone on the tv. I would def stay here again. Great value

The room was small but had exactly what I needed. The self check in had some technical issues but there was a staff member present to assist. The location was directly beside transit, which was very convenient. The location was central enough to allow for access to nearby sites and shopping

The Hotel is located in a reasonably convenient location for exploring Tokyo. However there were quite a few issues which left us feeling a little disappointed with our experience here. Firstly, most hotels we’ve stayed in are classy enough to allow you to check in early if your room is ready. However, APA attempted to charge an excessive fee for this. Naturally, many of the guests were reluctant to pay up, and this meant that the lobby and the cafe area was full of jet-lagged guests and luggage, and come 3pm the queue to check in was almost out the door. The first room I was given had a big leak coming from the air conditioning unit and the carpet was saturated - although it’s fair to say they changed my room with the minimum of fuss. The room was only cleaned every 3 days, although clean towels were provided every day. The gym was tiny, and only had room for an old running and rowing machine, and an exercise bike (which didn’t work). Also, there was not enough lifts and the wait each morning and evening was a nightmare. In the time I was there, I didn’t see the cafe open once. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Attentive staff, TV info was great very clean and all the extra amenities made the stay a breeze. Onsen is a bonus for relaxing after a day al sightseeing, we stay two nights and totally loved it.
