Far from most things. You cannot control the temperature in your room so most nights we’d go to sleep freezing and wake up sweating. One night someone spilled something in front of the elevators and staff didn’t clean it for two days. The one day we tried to sleeping in, the staff knocked on our door multiple times. We did not request a cleaning and had booked the room for 3 more nights. This location is great for one night but no more than that.

Great atay
Convenient place and friendly staff. There is no AC but only heater in the room. We are not allowed to open window. The room is either too cold / too hot. Overall is great as the location is just perfect.

It basically had what I wanted. Nice shower, cool bed control panel, nice views, the hotel staff were all super nice, they have us a bunch of towels, A LOT of little amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Honestly would DEFINITELY recommend. Also the station was super close by so we could go anywhere we wanted easily.

Everything you need is inside the hotel, laundry service, Lawson, onsen, and storing your luggage. Transportation is nearby and staff is really nice. Only minor problem was the wait for the elevators and cleanliness of the bed. Everything else is great! Would definitely come back.

Good experience!
Small room, but exactly what I expected from Tokyo, no surprise there. The price was right too. It was very clean, but the cleaning staff kept leaving more towels and bathrobes for us at our door even though we didn't return the old ones or request any. Made the room quite messy very fast. Other than that, all the toileteries items were included and they were all good quality, but everything is individually wrapped in plastic... even individual Q-tips... Very close to Ryogoku metro station and so many corner stores (even has one corner store inside the hotel which was extremely practical). Great location! Even though the 30 floors are divided by two sets of elevators, going up or down can get quite long and annoying. All the amenities such as the self check-out, the room wifi, the view we requested as an extra to the room, and the room itself were all very satisfactory. Overall a great experience.

The hotel was very nice and foreigner friendly, the only downside was the elevators took a very long time despite there being 6 of them, there were no stairs available so you had to wait for the elevators and it took almost 20 minutes one morning. The staff was very kind and accommodating and acknowledged the elevator situation and apologized for it.
