Really great location around the Shinjuku area! The area is also next to the Nichome district making it a very popular nightlife area around the weekend! Always the best place to stay in Shinjuku especially with the spa on the basement level

Stayed here for 2 nights for NYE and NY. It is on the periphery of Shinjuku next to a quiet park. That being said the metro station for the M line is only a couple blocks down and access to downtown Shinjuku is only 2 stops away. Multiple convenience stores around the area. Also multiple dining options. 2 halal restaurants across the street for Indonesian and Turkish food. More restaurants only 10 minutes walk away. Property was clean. Staff friendly. Checkin and checkout process was simple. Got late checkout (2000¥ per additional hour) due to timing of Narita express and flight later in the afternoon. Onsen was nice after morning runs in the city and at night after a day of tourist stuff to relax before bed. Rooms are tight. So if you have lots of luggage of large roller bags you’ll need to store them under the bed. Each room had a refrigerator and hot water kettle. Highly recommend.

Nice hotel
Good location - one of the Shinjuku stations is right next door. Rooms are very small, clean. The public bath downstairs was lovely and had many amenities for relaxing after a day in running around Tokyo. Thought it was OK, expensive. I made an error in booking and wound up paying rate for 2 people in the room although it was just me. My friend paid just 2/3 of the cost for the same room. Was not a fixable problem, which was disappointing.

Great location, just a block from a beautiful park and also walking distance to everything in the area. This hotel is very close to the metro, making it very convenient for traveling around the city. There are many restaurants and bars in the area. The rooms are a little smaller, but that's normal for this type of hotel in Tokyo. Overall we had a very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Hotel was in a very convenient location. Staff was nice, property was clean. Rooms are typically smaller, but good for the traveller who is looking to spend most of the time out in the city than in the hotel room.
