The stuff are very professional and friendly. They always ready to assists guests. I love the location. I wish if there a sitting area while waiting for taxi, etc.

When we arrived early there were 4 staff members at the front and no one even acknowledged us. Then the rooms was covered in black mold the bathroom had no circulation and smelled.

There’s no restroom in the lobby for the guest. Very inconvenient. We were told to use the restroom in next building during our check in. Area feel unsafe. Being followed by the weird guy! Room ventilation system needs to improve, feel very stuffy

Love the sentou spa. It makes me a repeat visitor to this particular APA Hotel. The Kabukicho neighborhood has gotten surprisingly dirty, by Japan standards. The hotel staff were and always are very good and I appreciate it.

Everything was great, but the room size was such that there was not even enough size to open my small rolling bag anywhere other than the bed. Gorgeous and clean, but so super tiny.
