Great hotel close to Nishikasai station! The staff were friendly and helpful, lots of close places to eat and shop, and only a 2 mine walk to the train station! I would love to stay here again in a heartbeat :)

The beds are small, but it's to be expected in Tokyo. The breakfast was not to my standards, but I'm from America so I think it was just different than what I'm used to. Overall the hotel was great! Very clean & the staff was excellent!! We were trying to find a money exchange. One of the staff members literally came from behind the desk & walked us all the way to the building.

Good hotel, good helpful staff. The hotel was directly across from the Metro train track & less than 50 yards to a station which was very convenient to get around. The room was extremely small. The bed covered the entire back of the room. Wall to wall. The cleaning was amazing. They cleaned every other day because of my extended stay. However, they constantly asked if I wanted it cleaned daily. Also, you could easily request it on the room TV screen. The room had a usual odor not a stink more of a cleaning supply or pest control. If I traveled alone I would stay there. If I traveled with family, I would definitely ask for a bigger room.

They provided excellent customer service and have a wonderful hotel! Unfortunately, i did leave something behind and didn't realize it until i got home in the United States. Not sure if they threw it away but it's fine if they did since i left it behind. I would recommend this hotel and would go again when i do come back to Japan!!
