Good hotel, but check the price in advance

The hotel was good, and the location was excellent, but the cost was MUCH higher than I had expected, based on the online information. The staff said it was because the first day we stayed was very busy. It was too late to change, but I would have greatly appreciated more information about the actual price from Hotels.com.

The hotel is very conveniently located, walking distance to shopping areas with lots of food options. It is also close to the major train stations including skylines, JR and metro. The onsen is a pleasant surprise too! Overall excellent value for money!
