Amazing customer service! Our hotel was clean and provided with many items to make our stay convenient! This was a very central and great location with a 7/11 across the street, shops walking distance and train stations also walking distance! This was a great place to come back to after the hustle bustle of the day it was quiet and we ran into zero issues! My only thing I’d have to say is I would recommend a good vacuum within each room! But we had the most wonderful stay!!

Hotel is in perfect location between ueno park and akihabara. Can even walk to Tokyo station. Rooms are the usual small size for Japan but have everything you need. Only issue would be the noise. Japan appears to have an issue with bikers reving all day and night and no sound proof, I had to keep checking the window was actually closed.

Great place to stay and I highly recommended, location near Ueno. I see people in the comments complaining about room size, this is Tokyo, that is typical here. Those people distort genuine feedback. I would definitely stay here again.

Honestly was a great stay! Had to ask for some fluffy pillows but easily taken care of with one call to front desk! From what I had to deal with in Edinburg to this has been completely night and day!

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé, proche de plusieurs lignes de métro et du centre de Ueno. Restaurants et supermarchés juste un bas de l'hôtel. La chambre est un peu petite mais conforme aux photos et confortable. Le personnel de la réception est agréable et accueillant. Je recommande pour un séjour à Tokyo.

Perfect for solo travel!

These rooms are small I should start by saying however that is typical for business hotels. If you’re a westerner just prep for that! The staff were lovely, the room was clean and well supplied. The only thing I had to do was ask for a softer pillow which they happily provided. For solo travel I can’t recommend this place enough.

Building structure unique with open centre. Rooms were small but great use of space, especially in the washrooms. Gluten-free restaurant in lobby which offered a wide variety of dinner options and two breakfast options.

This review is for all the tall individuals around the world. If you are more than 6-ft American or 2 m I would not recommend this hotel as the bed and bathroom space are so small for someone over 6 ft including you will be pushed off the bed by your significant other or you will be pushing them against the wall. Other than that, this hotel is conveniently located to akirabara and you will definitely spend more time outside of the room. Only staying there for sleeping. Refreshing yourself
