There were other hotels with similar names around the area so was hard to distinguish at times. Laundry machines were horrible, another guest and I had to hang dry our clothes in our room.

For someone who travels quite frequently, I was astounded and surprised by just how well ran maintained and clean the entire hotel was everything ran perfectly, and I did not have a single issue my entire time staying there if you’re looking for a great central location in Shinjuku for your stay I highly recommend them

The area was perfect for a tourist. Don Quixote was across the street, many restaurants and shops in the area. I didn’t not like the set up of the bathroom. The bathroom is slippery and elevated compared to the main room. I ended up slipping my last night which was not a good way to end my trip. The room is tiny but clean. I would recommend for a solo traveler but no more.

This hotel was extremely clean, which was my top priority when selecting a place to stay in Shinjuku. It felt safe, and the entrance was only accessible to those with a key card overnight. Staff were incredibly kind. While it is in a convenient location, it was still a few blocks away from the Shinjuku nightlife. We didn’t mind the walk but this is something we would consider next time. As stated in the other reviews, the rooms are small, but this was not an issue for us as we’re careful not to overpack.

The property is overall good for the price - we were looking for somewhere not too costly, away from noise but close to a station (Higashi Shinjuku)l station is a 6 minute walk away) Everything was a 15 minute walk away including the main Shinjuku station and the golden gai etc. If you are travelling with a lot of luggage from Shinjuku station I would recommend a cab from the station to the hotel as the walk can be tiresome and frustrating through Kabukicho with many bags! The nearest Konbini is also 2 minute walk away which is great. The bed was extremely comfortable ! The spa was also a lovely touch to the hotel, great to use however can get quite busy. I loved the fact that they had a vending machine as well as microwave to use on the second floor so that guests can get their own drinks and also heat up food from the konbini if they so wish. The room was quite small however even for two suitcases. On arrival the bathroom did smell a little of urine but that is the only thing I would fault on the stay. I would advise to stay here especially if you are going to be spending most of the day outdoors - it’s a good budget place to stay close to Shinjuku.

The staff is ectrimly professional, kind and friendly. The houskeeping is excellent and the spa, is beyond imagination. I wish all american hotel would have spa. The streets are safe to walk 24/7, clean and lot of restaurants, bars and shows are everywhere in the surounding smaller streets. A good 20 minutes walk from Shanjuku train station from one can take the Narita Express to the Narita airport for $21.50. A 1H28 min. ride. From airport the last N'express is 23:40 min. , stopes at, named Tokyo station and Shanjuku station ( a suberb of Tokyo City) is the last station. Do not miss to visit the Contemporary Art Museum other side of Tokyo. A challenge to find your way there, but for all art lovers it is a must to see. From there by metro to Sky Tree Tower. For new comers, you will find every step an adventure in Japan. Do not forget to fownload a translater dictionary from Englush to Japanese ! People are very kind and helpful to find your way to your hotel or whereever you go. I experienced they are eager to help and even get out of their way just to help you. Enjoy Japan, appreciate their clean streets, and resiprocate what you receive.
