Everything was great but I wouldn't use the on-site laundry facility, instead, use the one around the corner. The on-site one took over 2 hours to dry my clothes and they were still damp. Otherwise, everything was amazing!

Nice comfortable central hotel in Shinjiku
Nice hotel with its own Onsen. Rooms are small but comfortable. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good.

Small room as this is a “business” hotel, but very nice. Has everything you need, and then some more. The bidet is the best part in my opinion.

Very clean hotel, rooms were small but it was fine for the two of us. Bed was a bit larger than we expected which was nice. Expect to hear some noise at night since its in Shinjuku, which gets crowded on the weekends especially. Very convenient location next to so many restaurants (also in Koreatown), but a 10 minute walk to the station which might be difficult if you have heavy luggage.

The area wasn’t that bad, but nearby when taking a walk at night, women would often approach (too close!) saying “Massage, Massage”… over and over and over

Everything was fine, though at least four washer/dryers would have been great, as the three there were almost always in use, day and night. Also, too many towels left by the door everyday! Why? Another person staying there mentioned the same thing. Cleaning the room every four days (instead of every three) would have been preferable. Finally, regarding the TV, could you have English subtitles, please? I don’t mind any programming you have, but the subtitles I think were only in Mandarin and Korean.
