Travel tip: if you find the mattress too hard, ask for an air weave mattress pad to be put on. (not all the front staff seem to know about it, so be persistent!) That made a huge difference! This is a beautiful hotel and a fantastic location with an easy walk to all the attractions in the area. Staff is wonderful, they have a very handy self luggage storage system, and the room was beautiful and spacious.

This hotel is great. It is right next to the Sensoji temple, which is a 5 minute walk. The rooms are spacious. Staff is very friendly. We also found that the airport limousine has a pickup spot from this hotel which was very convenient. We had breakfast included which was great. It was a pretty big spread with a lot of options and they are open till 10 am which is great when you are jet lagged. Our only gripe was that the beds were a bit hard/uncomfortable.

Stayed on 19th floor with Sky Tree view. Friendly staff, greeting when walking by and help open front and elevator doors. Short walk to Senso-Ji temple, street markets and grocery stores. 25 minutes walk to Sky Tree or Tokyo National museum. Airport Limousine Bus stop at the front door to and from airports for ¥1,300 per person. I took taxi to HND cost ¥10,175.
