Great price friendly hotel.

Very clean. Daily room service and several perks. Continental breakfast and free happy hour between 5 and 9 pm. Washcloths, toothbrush,, combs etc free. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Close to city core and only a 13min walk. The location close to subway stops as well as 1-2 train stops away from Shibuya and Harajuku station. Stayed at a room with three separate beds and the room was bigger than expected. It is also only a 6min taxi ride from shinjuku bus terminal where you can take the the limousine bus to and from the airports

It was good stay. Got family room Room was bit cramped. Only space for 3 beds. Cant put any luggage anywhere. No storage. . Overall clean and comfortable place

Place is a dump. Main lobby has a disgusting coffee machine with trash and boxes piled up behind it. They don’t provide bars of soap or lotion in the bathrooms, staff is very rude. WiFi is awful. I’m never one to complain but you’d be better off sleeping on the street outside.
