Amazing service from the staff, from check-in to check-out. They even helped transfer our bags to Osaka. Beautiful views of the city and conveniently located near restaurants and nightlife. Would highly recommend staying here.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever stayed in - and we have stayed in hotels all over the world! What stood out the most was the staff - they were exceptional. I would like to thank Rustam for helping me and providing a hot tea when I came inside after getting caught in heavy rains!
