I did like the location it was central to the train station and walking distance to sites to see. But that is about it. I was a long term stay 8 days Staff were not well versed for international travelers. When you were done with your day entertainment in room was limited to only Japanese stations on TV and not a lot. It was not even a smart TV. You can not make an outside call - PERIOD. Room service was limited and speratic. The room itself has no place to hang or store cloths. It is that small and although one of few to offer a king size bed. That was all you had room for. For the price paid it was over rated and I can not in good concious recommend this property. When I return I will make sure to avoid this for my next Tokyo long stay.

Would not recommend hotel
Didn’t like this hotel and don’t recommend. Room smells moldy and beds are super uncomfortable. Springs can be felt. We booked 2 rooms. My sister who has cancer ended up sleeping on the side sofa and my dad slept on the floor. We asked for additional comforters and were given then when room service was completed they were taken back. Had to request again and had a day delay to get back.
