This area around this hotel can be described as none other than convenient. During the day, convenience stores, shops and cafes are available for all of your needs and at night the area transform into a vibrant and candid hub for nightlife gatherings. The hotel and staff were very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area and its surroundings. Naturally, knowledge of Japanese will enhance the aforementioned experience.

Our stay at century grand Hotel was comfortable. The property could do with some renovation. It felt very old. However, the location made up for it. There is a subway station at a walkable distance. There is a limousine bus station to airport at a walkable distance. Once you’re out of the hotel, the entire area has multiple eateries and shopping places which you could walk and enjoy.

The front desk helped us with setting up transportation to the airport when the typhoon was coming. In addition, the housekeeping staff are so wonderful and work so hard in such a large building. It was very much appreciated how clean they made our room/bathroom. The only one small downside I would say for this hotel is the 2nd floor is a sauna, so you get a very strong chlorine odour. Other than that no problems here. Location is great and close to everything. Train station is a 1 min walk from hotel.

Everything was great! Upin arrival, the receptionist was very welcoming. She was very helpful and provide us a map of the area. When we needed assistance in our room, she was very prompt and cordial. The only complaint that my family and I have is the receptionist who checked us out. She was of Indian descent. She was very rude and demeaningful. I had a leg injury and was asking for a taxi to take us to the airport limousine pick up area. She told me that it was only 1 minute walk away, and asked me if I even knew where it was. I informed that I was aware of the location, but I have a leg injury and cannot walk. Why did that even matter? We had 6 luggages to push over plus our carry ons. She said no taxi would take us there. We insisted for her to call, hut she kept making side comments. So, we told her to cancel and we were leaving. She ignored us and was still dialing. When we in the front of the hotel, the other receptionist of Japanese descent kindly ran out to get us. We told her that we were leaving. This was on August 26th, 2024 at approximately 11:00am. Please educate the receptionist who questioned us. This is appalling. The stay was outstanding until this happened. Therefore, I am decreasing the rate by 1 star. Thank you!

This was a Tokyo sized place and very close to the train station. There was a lot to eat in the area but a lot of other night stuff as well.

Staff were so wonderful and helpful! The rooms are very small (normal in Japan!) and had all the amenities you needed! Location was superb! Wished the public bath was also for ladies! Overall, hotel provided us with a comfortable stay with everything we needed!
