Stayed for 9 nights in the "Tower" (located on the back side of the property), and loved the location and the hotel. The bed was honestly the most comfortable I've slept in in Japan. The staff was friendly, and loved the security on the elevators. The hotel is near many excellent restaurants, train stations, and convenience stores. We plan to stay at the Centurion again the next time we visit Tokyo.

Amazing hotel! Amazing staff! Convenient to so much! Staff were very helpful, from check-in to calling us a taxi on a rainy day to helping arrange luggage transfer to the next hotel! The rooms were clean and more spacious than most Japanese hotel rooms. We didn’t lack anything on our room and restaurants and grocery store and 7/11 and the Chiyoda train line are within a 4 minute walk. We hated to check out because it was such a pleasant and easy stay! We had 2 rooms, one for a couple and the other for a mother with 2 tween to teen children. Highly recommend this hotel!

This stay surpassed my expectations! The staff were very kind and helpful during our stay and helped us to set up shipping of luggage to a future location. Hotel room has washer/dryer combo, which I wasn’t expecting. Nor was I expecting the handy drying rack contraption that fit perfectly on the side balcony! This hotel and room was IDEAL for a parent and two kids (10 & 13) for 6 days! Highly recommend the superior king with balcony! Tullys Coffee is 4 minutes away and has a good pancakes and even better drinks, and there is a grocery store (Marietsu Petit I think) across from Tullys in the Chiyoda train line entrance. My kids could navigate the neighborhood on their own!

Excellent location. Close to 2 stations with great access to many Tokyo metro lines. Whole area is full of a variety of restaurants and shops and is very busy and lively. A lot of the restaurants close at 09:00, so although it is a very busy area, we didn't find it too noisy at nighttime. The room is small but it had a balcony so we didn't feel confined.I think small rooms are fairly standard for Tokyo anyway. Staff were lovely and helpful when we first arrived. Very much recommend for the price paid.

This properly is great for a family with 3 teens. We stayed in a two bedroom suite for 4 nights. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. Staff was friendly and helpful the entire vist - both morning and evening staff. They provided umbrellas for free when it rained, and they kept our luggage while we toured Asakusa on our last day before heading off to the next town. We will stay here again next time we visit Tokyo because the location is incredibly convenient to accessing multiple subway lines.

The property itself sits in the middle of numerous dining option and for the most part the restaurants are open late. Transportation is highly accessible, especially the train which is 6-8 minutes walk depending which line you are taking. Do not lose your keys, they will charge you 2000 yen.
