Check in was very easy and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a good size for Tokyo and the kids loved their own space on the bunk beds.

Akasaka is a very vibrant area and good to stay. Also, good options to access train stations and getting around easier. The hotel is clean, but a very strong smell could be sensed throughout (sulfur like). Staff not flexible.

Stayed here for a week! Great location, not too far from the station and surrounded by restaurants and businesses. Rooms are a bit narrow if you're foreign but they were still comfortable to live in and the staff was very nice. Area can be a little noisy close to midnight but quiets down quickly.
