Love this hotel!
When I travel to Tokyo, this is my go to hotel. I’ve stayed here multiple times. It’s very nice, and it’s close to Shinjuku station. The front desk staff is very helpful. The room that I stayed in was great.

Really lovely hotel. Great location only 3 mins walk from Shinjuku station (south side). Lovely views. Rooms quite small but ok for one or two nights.

Love the view from our panoramic room with king bed. We sat by the window to watch the trains to and from Shinjuku Station. The room is very spacious - lots of space for my son to play. The room also has Alexa - we used it to check for weather and set timer. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Easy checkin and checkout.

We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past mainly because of its connectivity and proximity to Takashimaya. However we found that the hotel is getting dated and basic amenities like a simple shower mat is not provided. We stayed two nights there before moving over to Kanazawa and came back after that to stay a further two nights. On my return leg, the receptionist offered me a paid upgrade to “a bigger room on a higher floor” for a few thousand yen more per night. As it turned out, the room was on a higher floor but the size and layout of the room was exactly the same. I would not have opted to pay for a higher floor of the same room.

This was our first hotel in Tokyo and provided a great experience in a perfect location. We were able to walk to Shibuya through the Meiji Shrine park and explore Shinjuku shopping and dining hot spots all on foot. Service was friendly and impeccable. Thank you!
