Perfect Shinjuku option

Century Southern Tower has been my first choice to stay in Shinjuku over many years, room rates permitting. Rates reflect demand at any given time and if they’re too high for me, I forego in lieu of a more affordable option in the area. Otherwise, great and perfect in all aspects, especially its central Shinjuku location.

Century Southern is conveniently located between Shinjuku and Yoyogi stations, making it easily accessible. The shops and dining options in the Shinjuku area are just a few minutes’ walk away. The city views from both the rooms and the hotel restaurant are truly amazing. The staff are very helpful, adding to the overall excellent experience.

Its right at Shinjuku JR station. Just exit from the South Gate and walk down the large pavement from eggslut to starbucks and shake shack. The hotel provides trolleys for our luggages. There is no bottled water, but you can have a free flow from the water dispenser at every level near the elevator. There is also an ice dispenser. The airport limousine bus comes directly to the hotel. Its so convenient. There is Takashimaya and Tokyu Hands just opposite the hotel, no need to cross any road..just a wide pavement/bridge, which u can access from level 2 of the hotel. Its very suitable for those with mobility issues.

Husband and i stayed for 6nights in a king room. Buffet breakfast was incredible and if you get a good day, you can see fuji-san from the back seating area. Rooms are Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom a little outdated for the price and no chrome cast or steaming (netflix/prime) options (if you need a day to just chill or have an early night). Staff super helpful and friendly, and location is a 5 min walk to shinjuku and yoyogi station. We will stay here again.

The biggest strength lies in its convenient location. Airport Limo Bus stops right infront, JR line 5mins walk away and Taka 3mins walk away.

Was lovely accommodation. Had real difficulty finding the check in. Inadequate signage or instruction for English speaking visitors. Took us 30 minutes to discover the check in for this hotel is on the 20th floor. We expected to be greeted by a check in reception upon entering the building at ground level. Otherwise very positive and stunning views from our room.

We had a comfortable stay! The hotel is within walking distance to Shinjuku ans Yoyogi stations and a couple of cafes for breakfast, and there is a convenience store on the first floor. The view of the city with the Skytree was beautiful! I like that they had an eco-friendly option to drink water where you can refill a jug down the hall instead of constantly having to get bottled water! Meiji Shrine is also walking distance nearby !

Love this hotel!

When I travel to Tokyo, this is my go to hotel. I’ve stayed here multiple times. It’s very nice, and it’s close to Shinjuku station. The front desk staff is very helpful. The room that I stayed in was great.

Great views, well connected location

Really lovely hotel. Great location only 3 mins walk from Shinjuku station (south side). Lovely views. Rooms quite small but ok for one or two nights.

Love the view from our panoramic room with king bed. We sat by the window to watch the trains to and from Shinjuku Station. The room is very spacious - lots of space for my son to play. The room also has Alexa - we used it to check for weather and set timer. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Easy checkin and checkout.
