I'm definitely staying at this hotel again. Great location due its proximity to the Shinjuku and Yoyogi train stations. Multiple 7-11s and FamilyMarts are close by. Lots of eating and shopping locations within a 5 minute walk, and Shinjuku Gyoen is a 15 minute walk away. My wife and I stayed here for 14 nights and everytime we left for the day, we always came back to a well cleaned and resupplied room. There are multiple restaurants in the hotel itself, including a Shake Shack and a 7-11 on the first and second floors. The price per night was within my budget and the icing on the cake was that one of the stops on the Limousine Bus is right in front of this hotel. Making the trip from Haneda Airport super easy and super affordable (only 10 US dollars per ticket). The staff was super friendly, spoke english well enough to easily communicate and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. They provided us with an iron and ironing board, and they even have a scale to weigh your luggage (so you don't have to pay extra at the airport).

Everything was excellent here, and would certainly stay here again! Only two concerns were the unexpected “tax” on check in, and the lack of service when trying to book the airport bus back to Haneda. These are small issues, but could have made the stay perfect.

If you're coming to Tokyo and looking for a clean affordable and great hotel within walking access of two subway stations, this is it. The morning breakfast was exactly what we wanted, with a great selection in a buffet style. Rooms were spacious and that is rare in Tokyo, and we were literally 4 min walk from Shinjuku station, the largest train hub with access to the whole city. It couldn't have been more convenient. I highly recommend this hotel, with restaurants and the famous 7-11 right in the lobby. I couldn't be more happy with my choice of hotel.. personally wouldn't feel comfortable in a shoe box cramped space, so this was perfect. They even watched our bags for over five hours after we checked out. Great experience.. we will be back!

We were so pleased to find this hotel was a six minute walk from the JR, Shinjuku station. Very easy to take the airport bus to get here. At first, the entrance is strange as it’s up on the 20th floor of an office building but then the rooms go up to the 35th floor and we were fortunate enough to get one of those. The room was clean, enough room for two travellers for five nights with a fair amount of luggage, nice soaker tub, and good quality toiletries in the room. Front desk staff are willing to help you in anyway, and the overall ambiance of Japanese people is peaceful and kind. Excellent location and easy to see when you come out of the train because there’s only a few high-rises right here.
