Lobby area is beautiful, the view of the room is fantastic. Slightly older looking room with a bit of a smell perhaps smoke or just older room. Still recommend based on the view and the location, room is fine.

Great hotel in an excellent location
I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I had read other reviews which gave me cause for concern but my concerns were unfounded. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Shinjuku station in a very safe and clean part of Tokyo. The room was a good size and had a seating area as well as the large bed. It was clean and comfortable.

Terrific hotel in super location
Super hotel in terrific location right next to Shibuya station. Great views from every room.Ultra clean and modern with excellent friendly staff . Breakfast was very good with plenty of options including made to order omelette. Only 2 very minor observations.,rooms could do with more storage and tv stations are limited for non Japanese speakers. Would very happily stay here again.

Our first trip to Tokyo and we were extremely impressed with the overall experience and atmosphere of the hotel. Highlights: buffet breakfast (not sure if included with all bookings). The views from the restaurant/buffet are quite spectacular. The staff was extremely courteous and professional, which is the trend throughout Japan (way different than the US). Our room felt small, (standard king bed) but not anything that was a deal breaker. We would definitely stay here again. Only negative: the bed, a little stiff for us.

Great location near Shinjuku train station, very convenient for travelling around Tokyo and Japan. Easy and quick to access trains, trams and airport limousine bus. Hotel guest rooms are a good size and had great views around Tokyo.
