A clean room, helpful staff, and a great view in a perfect location for us! Close to Shinjuku station, the parks, shopping, restaurants, etc. We got the big morning buffet one morning and it was great. We also ate at the hotel restaurant one evening - had a beautiful view and the food was tasty, and presented in a beautiful way. One other plus is that there was an airport limousine bus that took us from Narita airport right to the Century Southern Tower Hotel, and that was nice after such a long flight. (Buy tickets online in advance or at the airport.) We enjoyed this hotel!

Excellent location, overlooking Shinjuku station, centrally located. Staff courteous and efficient. Rooms are on the smaller side but on par with other Tokyo accommodations - clean and convenient, we didn’t feel anything was lacking. Would absolutely stay here again next time we’re in Tokyo.

Stayed with a family of 3 at the century and it’s a great hotel! Location well placed near the train and shopping. Very clean and well maintained and our room was more spacious than other Tokyo hotels we have stayed. There was also a bus shuttle to Haneda airport that took about an hour and was super cheap. We would def stay here again!

The photos are misleading. The building and lobby look very fancy and nice. The room was not anywhere near as nice. It was small, old, the bathroom smelled like mold. The mattress, pillows and sheets were terrible. The location is pretty good, but the room itself was very uncomfortable.
