Top 3 hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing experience with easily the best room I have ever laid my eyes on! The bed looked and felt amazing. Not to mention the view, from the room AND the BATHTUB! Also had a great breakfast and a spectacular lounge on our 35th floor, as well as helpful staff.

Upon arrival to the hotel, staff and service were great. Check-in was easy and quick and the rooms were amazing. We had a beautiful view of Tokyo tower and the city lights at night. I recommend a corner room as that felt spacious. The bathroom was clean. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in at a hotel. Location was great! Clean and Easy

across the highway from shibuya crossing. Immaculate facilities and the breakfast buffet was one of our favorite meals. there's a 7-11 on the top floor (outside) which was so convenient.
