An excellent hotel. We had a Premier Suite which had 2 double beds and 2 proper camp beds for my teenage daughters. Massive bathroom and a lounge area. Fantastic, we had our own pyjamas each and excellent service. Perfect location near the Shimbashi train station which just about goes everywhere. Would definitely stay there again! 👌👌👌

In a city where space is a premium the Dai-chi had lots. Wide corridoors spacious rooms and classic luxury. Lots of choice of excelent eateries. Great old fashioned service. Also, close to trains and in a safe lively neighbourhood. Just a shame that this was are first hotel for this trip because it has set our expectations high. I doubt the rest will live up to this. We could not have asked for more.

The hotel was in a great area and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were very dated. I had to get a room change because I could feel the springs coming through the mattress. We could also hear people in other rooms very easily along with constant train noise so was hard to sleep at times. Nice place but isn’t a 5 star hotel unfortunately

The staff at this hotel go above and beyond to ensure you are welcomed and best served. Have not seen a comparable level of experience in a long time. Really appreciated this throughout my stay. Great location too - close to station which has lines to major Tokyo stations. I will return!

Hotel is great except for the two following: 1) Arrived and check in slightly after 10pm, there was no longer bell services to help with the luggages 2) Room ceiling lights were unable to be turned off. Didn't bother to call maintenance since we only realised the defect after midnight. Hotel got it rectified the next morning.

Comfortable hotel in a great location
Second time staying at this property and really enjoyed it. Rooms are a decent size, the hotel is in a great location in Ginza, and the staff is friendly. This is our go-to hotel in Tokyo.
