Is an old hotel but well kept. Good service. Great location within 3 min walk to metro and JR line. You won’t get to be hungry here, food choices are plentiful and it’s also a busy drinking area. Just beside Ginza.

The hotel is very deluxe and the staff were very friendly and helpful . The room and bathroom were quite spacious compared to the 3 other hotels . The room came with a kettle , fridge and safe and the linens and beds were very comfortable . The room came with all the amenities in the room replaced on a daily basis. We booked a moderate twin room and I would stay here again without question. The train station was a few minute walk away as well as the shopping and restaurants.

Location is very convenient to shopping and dinning. Private hotel only connection to major train station is undeniably the best thing about this hotel. Cleanliness of the room was good but not great. Overall the property and rooms need a renovation. Room is dated but still presented nicely. Staff were friendly and helpful. Right in front of the hotel is a bus transportation service to Narita airport which was only $36 one way and allowed 2 pieces of luggage, no hassle way to get to the airport.

Out of all my hotel stays this trip, this one was the best due to the brilliance of the amazing staff members and the comfortability of my room. Everything was amazing from my check in to my check out. I had everything I needed and then some. Staff were also very helpful regarding any questions/concerns I had. I am so happy I got to stay here and I hope I can come back again soon the next time I’m in Tokyo.

Very clean room and very big washroom, probably one of the biggest or bigger ones you’ll have when staying in Japan. One of my only critiques is that this place is incredible when it comes to actually “staying” at the hotel room but when it comes to trying out different accommodations, a lot of that would require additional expense or upgrading to a premium suite What this means is that for access to a pool and gym, things you would think are part of the hotel, this is not included. Now this is somewhere when you book; however, it should honestly be more apparent. The actual room and service is good; however, it doesn’t get a perfect score as accommodations of a hotel is also what makes the overall experience better and the fact you have to pay for access to a pool and gym that isn’t even in the building is bizarre.

This is a classy Hotel. The staff is wonderful. The location is great. Close to train stations, lots of dining options and more. We had an excellent stay. Our room however could use some updating. Stains on the carpet and walls. My only complaints is on Expedia site, the hotel shows that is has laundry facilities. I took that to mean machines on site for guests. They don’t and the closest coin laundry is almost 1/2 mile away. Not a bad walk when the temperature drops down. It also said it has a pool. That is misleading, because it’s not on site and there is a fee to use it. However, the overall hotel is great and I would definitely recommend it to travelers.

This is a fabulous gem in a convenient area of Shimbashi. The rooms are generous in size, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. There are plenty of amenities in the bathroom and having both a tub and a shower make for a very comfortable experience. The front desk staff is friendly and accommodating. If you're in need of English speakers, they are more than proficient and willing to help. It is located about 1.5 blocks from Shimbashi station which is super convenient to get around Tokyo and to Haneda airport. There are many restaurants in the area, some immediately across from the hotel located in a restaurant row built under the tracks. Our room was on the 12th floor and we were not bothered by train or city noise. Several convenience stores are located nearby the front and rear exits of the hotel for drinks and snacks. Highly recommend this property!

The location is close to a main train station and has access to all lines. Easy commute to visit all of Japan. The hotel room is also decent in size -for Japan standards. We would definitely come back!
