We slept four to a room and there was no space to move around. We knew it would be small, but this was absurdly small.

The hotel and customer service were good. The rooms are older style so wear and tear was obvious but was extremely clean. The location was inconvenient although very close to a station it ended up being the subway so it takes extra time to get places. It would be ideal if you were happy to catch taxis or Uber.

Convenient to train stations and walkable to neighborhoods with a nice selection of food and stores. Hotel was nice, clean, very helped staff, and has the best breakfast for Japanese and Western food choices.

We are a family of 4 and stayed in the junior suite. It was a beautiful room, clean, and modern. It was hard to find a larger room that would fit 4 people in Tokyo and I’m so happy I found this hotel. We had enough space for sleeping, hanging out and for our luggages. We all enjoyed our stay very much. It was nice to relax at the hotel after a long day of exploring the city. The train station is very close to the hotel, about 5-8 min walk. It’s only 1 stop away from Shinjuku. I would stay here again.
