We liked the property we had no issue. The issue was very disappointing with Expedia. We booked and paid a room with 4 beds and got 2 beds only. Paid $540 for one night and did not get what we booked for. It was very disappointing and upsetting. Feels l had been ripped off from you guys. Now I’ll tell my friends and family with my experience on booking with you.

Right next to the rail line and a connected 7-11 for anything in a pinch. Not a far walk from some good spots. There is an interesting restaurant section near the market. There is a nice area to run by the bay.

We are a family of 5 and spent 4nights in the this lovely hotel. The hotel location is super convenient, situated in between two stations. Very close to Odaiba area. Room is super spacious and very clean. Breakfast is more pro western style, not much Japanese options. We would definitely come back again.

One of the nicest Hilton hotels I’ve stayed in yet! I travel a lot for work and often stay in Doubletrees or Garden Inn Hilton hotels. It was expected the hotel to be small, but the layout of the room was nice, had a great view, nice lounge, friendly staff, super clean, and most importantly well maintained property.

3 nights stay with family

I booked a Deluxe Room, Multiple beds for my family (2 adults and 2 children). The room specs states 1 double bed and 1 twin bed, sleeps 4. I assumed they will provide an extra bed free of charge, as I already indicated we have 4 people in the search. However, when I ask the front desk for the extra bed, they said it can be provided for extra ¥10000 per night. If I knew, I wouldn’t choose this hotel as the total price won’t make any sense, I could’ve choose somewhere else closer to the Tokyo core. Overall it’s a nice hotel, convenient located next to 2 train stations of diff lines. Cleanliness could be better. I had a luggage covered in dust after just 3 nights. Perhaps they could provide better air purification.
