The hotel serves it's purpose but could use a cleaning in the corners. The tents set up in the park near by is a little discomforting.

An oasis of comfort in busy Tokyo CBD.
Perfect spot to stay for a 17 hour layover in Tokyo, near Shibuya crossing. Clean, comfortable, quiet with all the amenities you need and wonderful onsen (hot mineral bath) perfect for relaxing before sleep. Short walk to Shibuya crissing and food and shops. Excellent breakfast included. Lovely staff.

It was right next to the train they offered nothing. The room had dust all over it was not clean.the staff ripped my passport out of its holder instead of just asking me.

This hotel was perfect for my stay. The area is convenient to both Shibuya and Harajuku. A little far from train stations if you dont like a 10 minute walk. The best part for me was the 24 hour onsen, I had jetlag, and woke up super early. There was never anyone there in the wee hours. It negated any downsides of the place. Such as, the room was small (though fine for one, I would not like to share with another person), and the view out the window was just another row of windows. That said, all the amenities were there, Including Netflix. Breakfast buffet was good too.

The property was conveniently located in Shibuya, close to where all the fun activities and foods are. The train tracks are right there so you do hear that but it wasn’t too bothersome. The rooms were clean but definitely very small and hard to navigate in, especially if you had a lot of luggages or bags. Staff was friendly so no complaints there. Overall, a pleasant experience.

Excellent location we were able to visit many attractions on foot. The area had many homeless around but many police officers patrolled the area constantly. No incidents. Took a guided tour and learned a lot about Dallas.

The property was located close to shopping center in shibuya and walking distance to harijuku alley as well. The staff if very helpful and welcoming. The rooms are small but for two people with 2 large suitcases we made it work just fine. The room had options to not disturb or clean room but fresh towels were delivered daily. For a close and comfortable stay in shibuya this spot is perfect.

We only stayed for 1 night before heading back to Haneda the next morning. The room had a strange smell when we got in, but everything looked clean. It was a small room so if staying for longer this may not be ideal and would recommend getting a larger room, as a struggle to have 2 cases open at a time. Staff were pleasant, ordered us a taxi on request the next morning back to the airport. There werent charging points either side of the bed, just 1 side, again for 1 night that's fine but may be a nuisance if staying longer. On the plus side you have free access to the onsite spring bath, we didnt use this but is a nice addition. There was also free access to yakult, ice cream and DVDs. It's a bit tucked away up a dark street but was only 10mins to a train station (Harajuku or Shibuya).
