We loved our stay here in Ginza! Our family room was spotless, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and there are plenty of subway stations and restaurants close by. Highly recommend!

Spacious for Tokyo standard
Room is considered spacious for Tokyo standard. Unit is very clean. We are a family of 4 with 2 children (8 &12 yr olds). There are 2 metro stations nearby (1) Shintomicho 1min walk (2)Tsukiji 5 min walk. We found ourselves using the Tsukiji station a lot more than Shintomicho when visiting other usual areas in Tokyo like Shibuya, Ginza, Shinjuku. It’s just more convenient without having to switch lines. Either way, they’re both a short walk. We taxi (25 min ride) from Haneda to hotel since we didn’t want to deal with dragging luggage all over metro station, approx $55usd to hotel around 7pm with some traffic. I would definitely stay here again because finding a more spacious space in Tokyo is more challenging for a family.

MONday apartments near Ginza
Nice compact room for a family of four with washer/dryer, microwave and well equipped kitchen. Staff helpful with enquires, location near several 24 hour shops for quick microwaveable food. Somewhat overpriced compared to other place we stayed at in the Ginza area, however would still recommend for a family.

Practical Place to Stay
Service: Check-in was quick and the staff briefed us on accessing the lift and door using the PIN numbers. Staff was helpful and provided us with extra pillows when we requested. Location: It’s located a few minutes from Shintomicho station (Tokyo Station Yurakucho line), away from the hustle and bustle. Took us about 16min to walk to Tsukiji Market and 20min to Ginza (shopping district) from the apartment. Plus point: it’s quiet at night. If one prefers a more happening night scene with endless shopping, this place isn’t suitable. This apartment is surrounded by a few convenience stores/supermarkets (Aeon, 7-11, Family Mart). A Yoshinoya and other eateries are within walking distance. Apartment: The apartment is clean and practical, equipped with essential stuff, even a vacuum cleaner and hangers for laundry. But there was a musky humid stench at the kitchenette. Would be good if there are clothes freshener and more pillows provided because the pillow is very soft. Plus point is basic toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) are available in the bathroom, and other items like toothbrush, cotton pads and q-tips, razor, fabric detergent, hair brush are available at the lobby. We picked the Superior Japanese room which can accommodate up to 5 people. But in my personal opinion and from where I hail from, the room size is pretty tight for 4 adults. We had to shift some furniture to make space for walking and opening the luggage.

The laundry unit inside of the room was useful for our long term stay. The staff were welcoming and spoke English. They also offered to hold onto our luggage after checkout on our last day of Japan. Highly recommend!

We stayed here during the final leg of our Japan trip, returning from Kyoto and Osaka, where we had stayed in major chain hotels. By this point, we were eager for the extra space and comfort of an apartment hotel, especially in a neighborhood with a cozy, hometown feel. This location offered all the conveniences we needed while being a welcome escape from the bustling energy of Ginza's main shopping district. Like other MONday Apart hotels, this property features apartment-style accommodations with more room and amenities, including a kitchen and a much-needed washer/dryer—especially after discovering the washer at our previous hotel was out of order. We arrived around 1:30 PM and asked for an early check-in, which the staff graciously accommodated. While it wasn’t as modern as the MONday Apart location in Asakusa, this hotel made up for it with its proximity to a major train station, abundant shopping, and the Tsukiji Outer Market, famous for its incredible food options. The neighborhood itself is also worth exploring, with restaurants catering to locals, tourists, and the business crowd alike. This hotel was the perfect place to unwind and wrap up our trip, offering both comfort and convenience.

This is so clean and great location area. There is a big bath tub and landry machine in room. So clean room. There is two subway station which is Yurakucho line "shintomicho" station and Hibiya line "Tsukiji" station. There is 24hour store front of the this hotel. I do recommend 3days or more.

Loved staying at this property. Right across the grocery. Had a kitchen and washing machine which is needed for my family. They have a 24 hour restaurant nearby. So many things nearby but it was a quiet block. Everything was extremely clean. My only issue is that they didn’t have extra pillows. The pillows were not comfortable at all. But everything else was lovely. Would stay again.

Having stayed here last week, struggling to understand the 5 star reviews. Firstly it isn't in Ginza (25 minute walk). Secondly the accommodation interior is similar to a hostel. Tiny pillow, terrible lighting, very very basic. It's a long walk from Ginza too. Staff OK - but everywhere else we stayed in Japan was top notch and this was incredibly disappointing given the price we paid

Staff is very friendly and explained things well. We arrived very last minute and the receptionist took their time to explain everything and even double checked the room to make sure everything was perfect. Great hotel for families
Loved our stay in Tokyo. The hotel staff were very welcoming after a tiring journey lugging all our suitcases over from Osaka. They were always so polite and courteous and the room was perfect for our needs with all the kitchen facilities. Was a bit of a faff having to dig out the codes for the lift/room every time, but would much rather have that level of security than not. Tucked away off the main road, so was always nice and quiet, and having a supermarket literally over the road was perfect. Would definitely stay again if we ever make it back to Japan.

I would have loved to give this property a higher rating because it had enough room for 3 of us plus our luggage, staff had excellent customer service, had a washer, and kitchen. My lower rating is because the shower seemed to have issues such as it took awhile to get the water hot but as soon as it turned hot the water became ice cold without adjusting the temperature so I was unable to get a shower. The ac did not get the room cool enough so we had to open the windows at night to cool the room down. You have to use passcode to use the elevator up to your room and use a passcode to get into your room. You had to return the piece of paper with the passcode or you would get charged which made me feel like they may not change the passcode to your room. Also every time someone had to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night a light would go on by the kitchen waking us up. Would I recommend this place? Sadly my answer is no because of the problems we had.

I'd give it a 4-4.5 stars out of 5. The property and units are very well maintained. Clean, modern and functional. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk from the Shintomicho subway, and 4 minutes from Tsukiji. The kitchenette makes good use of a small space. The only areas for improvement, from my perspective, was the air conditioning and entry keypads for the elevator and room. The AC in my room was loud and "wheezy", with regular bursts of noise from the fan system. The touch keypads for the elevator and room were finicky and over/undersensitive. Especially for the elevator. Often required several tries to get it to register the passcode successfully.

Family of 5 stayed here. Found this location convenient and within 2 mins to a subway. Getting around Tokyo was easy would recommend and probably use again if we are back in Tokyo.
