Only 20 minutes to city centre

Very good hotel slightly outside the main city centre area but still only 20 minutes on the metro. Rooms and public areas were very clean and of a high standard. The bar had an excellent view over the city and was a great place to spend an hour or two in the evening. Easy travel from Haneda airport as well.

Checking in was fine. It was quick and the desk clerk was helpful. Checking out took an excessive amount of time. All I needed was the closing statement which should show that there a zero balance. The clerk had a very difficult time processing the guests before me. When she attended to me, she didn’t speak English and I didn’t speak Japanese so it took an excessive amount of time to complete my check out process. The property/room was clean and nice. I would recommend it to friends and I have no hesitation in returning as a guest.
