Very close to the Unicorn Gundam statue! Within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, train station is also very close. Offers paid airport shuttle service that drops you off at Haneda airport!

Excellent choice

The hotel has a great location in Odaiba, close to the subway and many different malls which is convenient for shopping and dining. The hotel is vast. The rooms are big and clean with lots of amenities. The staff are very helpful and proactive. When I arrived early they organised my luggage which was delivered to my room when I could check in. I had the breakfast which was fine and catered to all. There is also a bus from the hotel to both Tokyo airports which was super convenient.

The property was extremely quiet and very well maintained. What we didn’t like were the dining options. The buffet was the only choice for breakfast and was very expensive. The only coffee shop that was close didn’t open until 11 a.m. snacks in the rooftop lounge were also very expensive.

Really Pleasant Stay Overall

We really liked this hotel, though it was a bit of a pain to get to from Narita AP. Hotel has a currency exchange machine in lobby, which seems fairly common in Tokyo. View from our room wasn't great, but we paid for, and received, the cheap seats. Bed was comfortable. The PJs they provide for use are downright luxurious. (I would've liked to buy a pair to take home.) They also have robes to use and slippers. There were extra pillows so no need to ask for them. Bathroom has separate bathtub and shower, both of which were extremely clean. Bathroom amenities were very good, the one thing lacking being a good body oil and/or lotion. Everything was in good working order including heat which we needed b/c it was cold when we were in Tokyo. We also loved the fitness center (extra cost), which they don't showcase, and should b/c guests can easily miss it. There's a beautiful, immaculate pool for serious lap swimmers, along with an equally immaculate sauna. We both also enjoyed the hyperbaric oxygen chamber (extra cost), which in my experience, is an usual but really nice addition to a FC. There's also the usual things like exercise equipment and spa services which we didn't use. Staff at FC do not speak English, but try to understand. Hotel promotes its wedding biz--probably a great venue, given the quiet and peaceful location. Subway right outside along w/convenience store, shops, restos, bakery, etc. Nice area to walk around. Staff were helpful, tho check-out was a tad snarky.

Great Hotel near Cruise Terminal

For the most part, very nice. However, towels a little rough; not adequate light above bathroom sink. Also, toilet a little disgusting. Never looked clean, even after flushing.

2nd trip to Japan and 2nd stay here

Love the location, the premises and the customer service. Second time visiting Japan and 2nd time I stayed here. I will stay here over and over again. The restaurants are excellent and good prices same with the room services

Excellent hotel, very convenient location. There’s a Lawson near lobby. Breakfast was decent but can get really crowded even with 3 restaurants.

The staff was excellent the service was phenomenal. There is a mall nearby and the Daiba area is very walkable. There’s also a train station right outside of the hotel, so if this is your first time in Japan, I highly recommend booking here. The facilities are spectacular.

2nd time staying here. The rooms are a bit old, but have amazing views. Shopping malls we're closed for the days we stayed here, so it was a bit abandoned and there wasn't much to do.

Second time we have stayed at the Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba, loved it the first time, so we had to go back. Close to two train lines, close proximity to shopping and restaurants, and amazing views from the hotel.
