This property is located slightly outside of the busy and heavy commercial area of Tokyo with each monorail and train access to get into the city. We enjoyed being able to away while easy to get into Tokyo to different places to visit. Staff was excellent.

The Grand Nikko is Grand.

The Grand Nikko in Odaiba has always impressed us with its cleanliness throughout the hotel combined with the friendly and professional staff. The rooms are comfortable and quiet with many providing nice views of Tokyo Bay.

Great location for international cruise terminal, with rail right outside. Very enjoyable stay with exceptional staff.

Connection to Diaba train station is very convenient. The hotel is nicer than I had expected. The only downside was the breakfast because the main breakfast restaurants were closed at the time of my stay. The buffet breakfast set up in the convention center lacked the variety and freshness of the standard buffet. There were many tour groups while staying at the hotel, and it could be a bit crowded if a tour group was coming/going/queuing for the restaurant.

Excellent choice for being close to transport, cruise terminal and shopping. Fantastic helpful service and nice large room. Very knowledgeable concierge gave us spot on directions to use trains to get anywhere we wanted to go.
