Very kind staff, the dining options and the Japanese garden were a delight to have nearby, Shinagawa station is nearby which is great to move around the trains and explore Tokyo. The room seemed a little unkept and may need a little renovation, but the city view from the balcony was pretty great, also the amenities were a plus too.

Nice hotel, a little bit hard to find at first but well located, walking distance to/from Shinagawa station. Room is big and comfortable. Check-in was not particularly efficient nor friendly.

In a Huge city like Tokyo this is an oasis of tranquillity and peace. The Club Lounge is a joy and the garden , oh ! the garden . The rooms are big and well appointed. There is a 7/11 store in-house where you can top up things you forgot , as well as good food , beer , wine and spirits at great prices . Free shuttle bus to Shinagawa every 20 minutes and from the station connections everywhere! I found the staff a delight and nothing's a problem . The Club staff were very friendly and the views from the lounge of the garden refreshed heart and soul after a day pounding the streets. As in all great hotels it's location , location, location.

The hotel was in a central location and made it easy to get the JR Lines or Metro. The staff at the hotel were marvellous and very helpful. I was disappointed with state of the hotel rooms, though. The rooms and bathrooms were outdated: older lighting, finishes on the wood in the rooms was wearing off, and the bathroom was a bit dark.

Stayed in a superior king room with view of Tokyo tower on the club floor. View was great, room was spacious, which was great to have after a long two weeks of traveling around the country. Would’ve given five stars, but the bathroom was quite basic and water would get all over the floor from the shower and curtain. The spa was a lot smaller than expected. Also, the spa is located across the pretty garden in the sister hotel. It’s nice, but also a bit inconvenient having to walk to a whole other hotel just to relax in a tiny jacuzzi. Very close walking distance to Shinjuku station. Overall would stay again.
