This is not a good hotel for travelers. It’s not a convention centers with rooms. Super rowdy with big groups of either conferences or organized tours. It’s far from the city, no good food options around. The hotel’s breakfast is crowded. Long queues and waiting times for everything stop checkin to checkout to breakfast. The staff, while polite, is not friendly, makes mistakes with bills, everything takes a long time to even talk to somebody who can answer your question and even than the problems are not resolved. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for solo/couple/family travels.

I found this hotel by chance through expedia and I must say I was very happy to have been able to stay here. I guess I wasn't ready for the high class look and feel of thisbplace like I was staying in a Vegas style hotel! Great room and great staff. We had a great view of the Tokyo Tower from our room and added to the overall experience as well. The garden at the ground level was very nice and beautiful. The breakfast buffet has a alot of choices between Japanese and American styles. I would love to stay here again when ever come through this area again!!

It was nice to have 7 Eleven, Tully coffee and many good restaurants. I like the resort with the Japanese garden. Only thing our air conditioner did not work. We end up just opening the window to get a some air

Staff needs training and understanding how to accommodate customers who just had a red eye flight but being turned away coldly stating no earlier admisson to the room even it is cleaned and ready. On check out they did not even ask how was the trade.

Beautiful hotel. Wonderful two nights. Air conditioning wasn’t the best. It was hard to get to the set temperature. Not the fault of the hotel but an inconsiderate guest was smoking on their balcony and the smoke entered our room.
