Housekeeping was outstanding. Everyone was so gracious and understanding with my lack of Japanese language skills. Having a 7/11 on premise was awesome. The view of the Tokyo Tower from my room was epic.

Beautiful hotel with its own Japanese garden, the room was very big with a comfortable bed and view of the gardens. It is an 8-10m walk away from Shinagawa so easy to get to, but for those with big luggage it is a short walk uphill so something to be mindful of. Staff were very attentive, overall very happy with our stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Shinagawa. It’s the perfect balance between convenience and tranquility. Just far enough from the hustle and bustle of central Tokyo, the neighborhood offers a quieter, more relaxed atmosphere while still being well-connected by train. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. I especially appreciated the serene ambiance after long days of exploring the city. Great property. The room, although a bit dated, was clean and had a great view. The hotel has an amazing garden, beautiful at night and during the day. I also liked that the hotel offers different dinning options.

Great comfy place to stay - Not Tattoo friendly

Great hotel and very comfortable for our last night in Tokyo before a long flight home. Restaurant times and locations were a bit hard to figure out (Especially across the 4 resorts) We ended up eating offsite as nobody seemed interested to tell us what was available when we asked 3 different people. Also the Spa refuses visitors with Tattoos, which to me is silly considering the hotel is catering to foreigners and business people in an American style hotel.
