The service is way over the top and the traditional atmosphere is very inviting and serene. Rooms are spacious by all standards and the Onsen (being in the middle of Tokyo) is just amazing, elegant and yet traditional.

HOSHINOYA Tokyo is an outstanding hotel! The service was impeccable, the hotel design is elegant and understated giving a sense of peace. And the rooftop onsen is incredible with an open ceiling wjeee you can see the clouds and stars at night. Highly recommend.

Lovely stay for a week with my partner. The staff were really helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the dining experience, kinjutsu practice and massage, whilst the onsen added a relaxing space after a busy day of sightseeing! The hotel is located in the financial district so not as much going on in the weekend but more touristy spots easily accesible via taxi.
