Great hotel with fantastic views across Tokyo. Room extremely clean and staff very helpful. Shinjuku station a ten minute walk and the hotel is surrounded by dining and shops and so much to do. Busy nightlife in the area and a starbucks in the building for coffee needs.

The hotel is located in the middle of everything. However, the room is small and narrow without a closet for the luggage or a place to hang clothes. The lobby is impressive, and customer service is awesome.

Such a great hotel. 10 minute walk to Shinjuku station and just walking distance to Kabukicho. Hotel was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, beds comfortable, and new bathroom area with a decent sized shower, toilet enclosed with sink on the outside.

The room we were assigned at was on the 33rd floor and the views were beautiful and you could hardly hear the noise from the ground below. Walking distance to shops, dining and trains. The only drawback is if you’re not aware of the neighborhoods in Tokyo. This is the “party” district. Lots of drunk and noisy crowds around the area at night.

Very beautiful hotel located right in the heart of Shinjuku. There are 1 billion shopping, convenience, and dining options no matter the time of night, so you have access to pretty much anything you need regardless the time of night. The space is a little small, but for a Tokyo hotel it’s on the larger side and the floor to ceiling window view more than makes up for it. There’s a Starbucks and multiple restaurants on the lower hotel floors as well, so they’re great for grabbing food on the way out or way back. Hotel staff were also extremely kind and helpful and everything with the room was perfect. Also had no problems with noise or rowdy guests, despite proximity to the clubs and red light areas lol. If you’re looking to stay somewhere in the heart of downtown this is a great choice. If you want a laid back stay, well, probably don’t stay in Shinjuku lol, but if you want somewhere that’s a step away from all the shopping, less than 5 minutes from Shinjuku station, and central to downtown Tokyo, it’s an amazing option and a very good value for the price
