The property was very nice and maintained with excellent staff. We were about to use their luggage transportation service to transport our big luggage’s directly to the airport on the same day with a small fee. The amenities and the free food and drinks throughout the day were fantastic. The bathroom itself felt slanted but otherwise the room size was good considering Tokyo standards.

No laundry facility in the hotel which is an inconvenience if you stay more then a week. Expedia listed laundry was available… this is misleading! Had to use outside laundrymat which is 10 minutes walk but you lose about 1.5 hour of your holiday going back and forth to the laundry mat.
