Last minute booking and got some great rest. Laundry mat is a few blocks down. Lots of food options. The bed was so comfortable. Slept like a baby. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location in the business district.
Very convenient location to the East of Tokyo Station. Not a lot of restaurants in the area, but the access to multiple train lives makes it worth it.

Great stay.
Good location, great staff and breakfast and only 10 min walk from Tokyo Station (south exit). We even got pajamas for our night! Great hang out area on reception floor with beverages and coffee by 6 am. Yay! We get to Tokyo now and then, used to live here for several years, this is a good solid hotel stay when you want the east side of Tokyo area.

This rating is guven on two points that mattered. 1. Advertises laundry facilities- to me that means there are washers and dryers available, usually coun operated. There is a laundry service $10 for pants. No. I was directed to a coin laundry 1.2km away. This was a long way in the rain with bags of laundry. 2. Cleaning was pretty ordinary. Good bits: 1. Lots of transport options including train to Haneda available direct from Takaracho exit 2?? 2. Some good dining options - eat before 8pm. Ok 1. Breakfast.

A nice convenient location, close to subway stations and Tokyo train station. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast buffet and lounge service with free evening rice soup. Only downside is the hotel room is really tiny as usual in Tokyo.
