Stayed for 16 nights in a Superior Double room, two people. Can't fault the experience, staff were great, as was having a mini Konbini inside the hotel. Lovely reception/chill out area and a fantastic view from the roof which very few people seemed to use (Perfect place to enjoy an evening beer). Short walk to all the important stuff and easy, direct access to the airport via Asakusa Station. This isn't a complaint but I'll echo what others have said, yeah the bed is firm which we were not used to and go for the biggest room you can afford. We arrived with two large cases & hand luggage which fitted fine but by the time we'd bought gifts etc and another suitcase it was getting cosy. Not that you should be spending much time in the room, there's so much to see! See you again 👋

This place was great, my only complaint was that the traditional Japanese mattress was definitely on the thinner side which wasn’t lovely, we’ve had a few others that were much more comfy, but this place wa every clean it’s behind Sensoji and about a 10 minute walk to the station!

The space were very helpful in assisting us in any way with senior parents traveling with me. They are always cheerful and provided a lot of information. Shout out to Yukari and Aoi for being so nice and answering all our questions. The rooms are clean and the housekeeping are also good in providing us things we need in oir room. They have a small cafe and a mini mart where you can grab some snacks. The location is perfect! It is a few minutes away from Senso-ji Temple and the shopping area like Don Quiote. Definitely recommends this hotel

I really enjoyed the area around this hotel, with bridges and a river, temples, cafes, bakeries and shops it was fun exloring. The Asakusa / Taito area can be very crowded on weekends but with a light rain falling we lucked out and at times had the entire city to ourselves.

Other space was the perfect solution for a quick gateway to Tokyo. Close to asakusa station, 2 mins from Shinoji temple, very quiet and with lots of restaurants/konbini around. Check in was super easy and inside the hotel there is a self serve minimarket as well as a laundry room which are both great perks. Definitely recommended.

We loved our stay here. Yes, the room is compact, and I wouldn't recommend it unless you are super comfortable sharing a space with the other person(s), but the design is so efficient and cozy. No space is wasted. Our room was clean, comfortable, and we had everything we needed! Really appreciated the daily water refill as well. Not much to say about front of house staff, as there was very minimal interaction, though the lack of greeting was definitely different from the extremely cordial reception we'd had at our previous accommodation. The location is amazing - we went to Senso-ji just about every day, and there are so many wonderful restaurants and shops in the area to explore. The metro station is only about 10 minutes away on foot, and the train from Asakusa station conveniently turns into a Narita direct train too as an added bonus.

Good stay would recommend
I stayed here for 1 night in September. Room was small but comfortable and modern and very clean. The cafe within the hotel was great, you order on a tablet which made things easy. Is was also super useful to have the little shop downstairs also. The hotel is well located being on a quiter street but within easy 5 min walk to Sensoji and Asakusa. Choice of convenience stores nearby. I would stay again and recommend to others.

The hotel is in an excellent location, within easy walking distance of several cultural sites, excellent shopping areas and an abundance of restaurants. The subway isba 10-15 minute walk away. My only quibbles with the property were the somewhat thin and very firm futons to sleep on and the pillow which I found uncomfortable. The room size was a little tight but adequate.

My Husband and I had the opportunity to stay at the Other Space and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was always willing to go above and beyond and answer any and every question we had for them. The location was perfect. They had a lot of dining options close by however I’d like to point out there is a cafe connected to it. My Husband and I ate there every morning and even had lunch there at some point we both enjoyed the food and how friendly the staff were. Having the Sensoji temple right around the corner was such a major bonus. Being able to pop on by morning or night was amazing. We can’t recommend this hotel enough. If you have a chance to stay here do yourself the favor, you won’t regret it. And thank you again to the wonderful staff!

깨끗하고 정말 편안한 숙박
침구관리, 룸컨디션 등 전반적으로 청결해서 정말 편하게 숙박하였습니다. 두살 아기와 함께 방문했는데 침대가 넓고 떨어질 염려가 없어서 마음이 편안했습니다. 그리고 쇼파베드 침구까지 미리 준비해주셔서 남편도 편하게 잤다고 합니다. 수압이 엄청 세서 샤워에 시간을 단축할 수 있었습니다. 1박이 아쉬울 정도이고 다음에 또 방문하고 싶습니다.

I loved this hotel, the room is small as you should expect in Tokyo, but well designed it’s comfortable. The hotel is VERY clean, it feels brand new. The mattress is very firm as is common in Asia, I don’t mind it but many western tourists may want something softer, the hotel would be wise to offer memory foam mattress toppers to accommodate western tourists. Roof top patio was wonderful, having an outdoor smoking area for guests rather than an indoor smoking room is great to keep the hotel from smelling like smoke. I have stayed at dozens of different hotels in Tokyo over the years and this is in my top 5. It was cozy and comfortable, Air conditioning worked great, shower water pressure was amazing, soap provided was high quality, I would definitely stay here again.
