This hotel was perfect for our Tokyo portion of our trip. It’s a quick taxi ride from Tokyo station, and walkable to Ginza and Tsukiji Markets! So clean and lovely staff!
Love this hotel. Have stayed her a few times this year. Actually prefer the standard double to the premium double/king. The standard has a slightly smaller bed which makes the room seem larger..In the standard room you don't get the fancy Amenities, but I'm good with that. The morning buffet is one of my favorites.
Had trouble with watching u tube hard to get u tube and had to start signing in over and over not many movies to watch and very little news a lot of adds was not pressed with tv
Selection would probably look for another hotel next time
This hotel is clean and located near public transportation, which makes it easy to get from one place to the next. I felt safe in and around the hotel. The property staff are professional and made me feel comfortable coming and going. I liked being able to grab my amenities as needed as well.
This was 1 of 2 hotels I stayed at during my trip to Tokyo. It was the cheaper option, but was comparable to the more expensive hotel. I would stay here again.
Lovely hotel for inner Tokyo, little more room than the average. Close to the metro, dining options and convenience stores. Got laundry service plus washing /dryer machines. Great staff, seriously fantastic. Breakfast could be better but was still better than most. I'll be back.
The property was very nice, extremely clean and very friendly staff. Many things within walking distance, I have zero complaints. I plan on returning back to Japan in the future and will certainly consider staying here again.

Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
We selected this hotel due to its proximity to key attractions. While the location is decent but the staff at reception are not trained properly on attending guests and helping them with basic things like check-in. The lady that attended to us, upon our arrival, was rude and dismissive. She did-not seem interested at all in helping us navigate the check-in procedure. The language barrier and her bad attitude made it a cumbersome check-in process for us (after a long overnight flight).
Hotel is in a good location. The room is operated through a tablet. On the first night, the tablet did not work. Someone had to come to the room to reboot the system three times close to midnight. Did not offer to make it up in any way. I had a child sleeping in the room. It was very inconvenient. Front desk was nice, but did not speak English.
The hotel was very nice, it’s in a very quiet neighborhood, a walk away from the train station and close to tsukiji market. For me it’s a bit too far from everything else which is a bit troublesome at night bc trains stop at midnight and around this area everything closes early, but i would still consider staying again just because the hotel was so nice and i didn’t mind walking a little bit

Liked: Amenities
Centrally located in Ginza, very nice neighborhood. Within short walking distance from shopping, restaurants and the fish market.
Beautiful lobby with beautiful long stair case i can walk to to the second floor, very useful when the lobby is crowded and you just want to avoid people. Breakfast is awesome with Vegan options
