Stayed for one night but the room has everything you need and at a very decent size. Was really really really looking forward to using the public bath but due to personal reasons - was unfortunately unable. Therefore this review does not reflect usage of the public bath.
Staff are professional.
Also noticed some could even speak English. It is in a good location 2 train stations within 5-10min. Many convenience stores nearby. As it was our first night back in Japan, we went to visit Family Mart, Lawsons, Mini Stop, and My Basket all on the one night we stayed here. There is also 3 small department complexes called Coredo which had some cute stores to browse and many eateries! Thank you to the staff who made the recommendation!
Lobby in the morning of checkout looked hectic at first glance, but there were 2 auto-check out machines in the lobby which many travellers overlooked? We got out almost immediately. Was very easy.
The staff were amazing. The hotel had a safe and thick pillows. A few other hotels I stayed in did not have this amenity. Less than a 10 minute walk to Kanda Station and 1 stop from Tokyo Station. My favourite hotel!
Very poor value for the money. Uncomfortable room. Charge extra for everything. Unhelpful staff (which is very unusual for Japan). I’ve been to Tokyo a couple times and this was my worst hotel experience by far. Keep looking … there are far better options out there.
I would like express my appreciation to MORI with excellent service and outstanding. She is very sweet and friendly. Mori is very helpful and try to resolve issues with our booking. Also Kodak’s is nice and friendly.
Ayano did an awesome job.
This was first landing experience in Japan we were greeted well with an excellent charming Lady Ayano who made us feel at home. She was ready to help with all our questions.
Room was small but compact was set up so beautifully made us enjoy every part of our stay.
Place is highly recommended and our Ayano made us feel welcome as home.
I booked this hotel based on reviews. All the reviews were great and I can definitely say that I loved staying here. I stayed here 1 night before going to Tokyo. In range train stations specifically Tokyo Station, and restaurants, 7-11. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was clean, a bit small for 3 people but I was expecting that already. I’m definitely recommending this hotel and I would consider this a hotel I would stay in future trips to Japan
Stayed September 6 to the 16th, I can’t say I ever had a hiccup at any point at Hotel Kazusata. Staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and had great energy! Clean place for sure! Very convenient! 100% would book again! Love from Nebraska!
It was a nice touch of the staff to decorate our room with flower petals and swan towels for our wedding anniversary. The laundry machine was a bit tricky as it needed hours and hours to dry our clothes. The room cleaning services dud a good job, towels arechsnged everyday. We will recommend this hotel.

Liked: Cleanliness
The staff were money monger. They would not provide wheel chair for my wife whom hurt her feet and eventually I had to rent it for $100 a week.
shops nearby. three laundry machines in the hotel. A nice publicbath. able to buy juice and beer from vendingmachine in the hotel. Meals are available by request at the hotel.
The hotel gave us an offer to hold our luggages after checkingout. so we could go several places before going to airport.
