One of the most accommodating and friendliest staffs at any hotel I stayed at. They were very attuned to my needs and punctual with cleaning (cleaning schedules), breakfast (accommodating for allergies), etc. The hotel is incredibly clean, has a great laundry room service, and exquisite public bath. It is also close to so many subway stations, you're never too far from visiting major city sites at affordable train fare prices. Highly recommend, will be staying again in the future!

Very good hotel

Very good hotel with well equipped room. No complaints for the condition of the room and service. The location is convenient to various types of dining. The access to subways and other transportation is very good too.

Awesome hotel and staff. The only difficult thing was that the metro station is near but there is no elevator so if you have baggage, you will have to carry it. You can walk about 400 meters more to get an elevator but with the hot weather it’s hard. But it’s not the hotel’s fault. I would definitely return there!

The hotel is flexible with late check-ins, and the staff are both helpful and patient. The room size is adequate, and the public bath is a nice feature. There's a convenience store just a 2-minute walk away. My only complaint is that one of the beds collapsed due to improper securing. Since it was late, we decided to fix it ourselves rather than involve the staff. Despite this issue, I would definitely return.

I absolutely love this hotel, its location is perfect, the facilities are great, but above all, it’s the staff that truly make the difference. The other day, Morita-san went above and beyond in a way I’ll never forget. After I lost my phone, she did everything in her power to help me get it back. She accompanied me to the police station, made numerous phone calls, and didn’t stop until she managed to locate the car where I had left it. This woman is truly exceptional. Thank you, Morita-san, words cannot express how deeply grateful I am.

The hotel room is clean. They have all the toiletries we need. Their staff are approachable and speaks English. They helped me fix my eyeglasses and povided me with a small screwdriver. They are within walking distance to the train station and picked this hotel due to the proximity to Tokyo station for our Shinkansen itinerary.
