Great hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. The area around the hotel seems to be a white collar Japanese neighborhood. Some Japanese helps a lot with eating out in the local restaurants and getting around.

The rooms were stinky and not too clean, the air conditioner had a terrible smell. Despite the price and being conveniently located close to a station, I would not recommend.

Pros: inexpensive, clean, close to subway station, room doors use keypads so no worries about losing a key or card. Cons: no one at front desk in mornings to ask about luggage storage. Beds like sleeping on a box spring.

お風呂の水を抜くとトイレ側の排水溝から水が溢れてきて全て水浸しになりました。 ドブのようなきつい匂いもして最悪でした。 禁煙ルーム指定でしたが、クッションがタバコ臭くて辛かった。 全体的にほこりがあり清掃が全く行き届いていなくリラックスする事ができませんでした。　 もう利用しません。

Cigarette smoke in lobby, also booked smoke room by accident, I could not get rid of the smell even with 2 air conditioners I the room. Can't open window either. Otherwise solid and cheap.

Clean, convenient, simple and affordable. Friendly and helpful staff. The roads around the hotel can be noisy on weekdays.

Service was great even though their English was limited, room layout was odd and the TV could not be seen from the bed and had to be watched using a straight backed chair, not comfortable. Do not forget to put out the clean room sign or your room will not be serviced.
