Service was outstanding. Hotel needs updates
Service was outstanding. The hotel needs updates. There are stains on the furniture and carpet. Lifts reek of smoke. Hotel entrance is dark. Duvet and bed covers appear to have not been washed.
They overbooked the room I paid for, instead they gave me to single rooms which smell like smoke, had no choice to take them it was late and had kids with me and everything was sold out. Not happy with what they had to offer but had no choice.
The day we checked in, there were bags of trash in the hallway. After placing our luggage in the room, we left only to find that the trash was relocated to the elevator. I've learned that there is a staffing shortage for hotels in Japan. We also found stuff left under the bed by the previous occupant. There is no ice machine available.
Staff were friendly, close to metro, was very dirty under the beds with lots of stuff that looks like it got left from other guests, blankets had a smell to them.
