Just stayed at this hotel and 2 others on my trip. Out of the three this was definitely my favorite. The property is very easy to find and the hotel staff greets you as soon as you walk in. They are very kind and helpful. The rooms as any Japanese hotel is not too big but the beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean and honestly very nice to stay to in. They have a rooftop and the area right beside it (1 min walk) has a cafe and a few restaurants, also a straight connection to HANEDA airport via subway or also a great connection to different spots you want to travel to. I recommend this hotel, 10/10 in my book.

Very clean would stay again there is a shop that’s right outside if you go up the stairs as well as the train station is incredibly close. Staff was also very kind and helpful even would use google translate.

My solo Thanksgiving travel
Very close to the airport, take the train. The hotel is exactly next for to the station on the right once you exit the station. The hotel is extremely clean and neat, almost as if it’s brand new. Very fresh and inviting. The staff was friendly friendly friendly. I never smelled smoke. I felt 100% safe. They even printed me out directions on how to ride the train to my next hotel. Booking this hotel is a perfect choice, I PROMISE! Oh and the food was delicious. However if you want a well done steak don’t order it from their restaurant. It was well seasoned but never cooked to my perfection as far as well done. I sent it back 3 times and it kept coming back slightly red and pink. I refused to send it back a 4th time. I cut around the edges and ate what I could. Breakfast was outstanding! Can’t wait to come back.

The Nepalese girl helped me check in because they have a very unique machine to check-in guests and I was initially confused. She was super friendly, patient and kind as it was my 1st time. The check out Agent was also very nice as well but the Rooftop Deck is the coolest feature at this property. The location is second to none with train access, cabs and many restaurants to choose from. I highly recommend this hotel.
