This is a well maintained hotel. The room is not as big as the pictures shown on the website, but it is comfortable. The staff is helpful. We particularly love the restaurant on the second the floor, which was a treat.

Would not stay again. Common spaces very dirty. Both rooms we booked had stagnant odor, and hallway smelt very bad. Also lots of black spots on AC vent.

Great location in Ginza - can walk everywhere and are near train/tube stations. The room was small but very clean. The only negative was our air on didn’t work properly and the room became very stuffy and hot as it was peak summer when we visited
