The entire staff was very warm and helpful throughout our stay, from reception to restaurant and housekeeping. The breakfast was awesome! Delicious variety and healthy options. The shabu shabu was a pleasant surprise. My kids especially enjoyed it! We were thankful for the convenience of a laundry. The location is perfect for lots of exploration. Ginza closes the main drag on Saturday so that was neat to see the public space enjoyed by young and old and four legged. Recommend going to Mitsukoshi B3 for bento boxes, baked goods at 7:30 pm before they close. What an excellent way to feed hungry teens! Our stay at Hotel Musse was a wonderful way to kick off a long awaited Japan vacation with our family and we will recommend to all our friends and family.

The check-in was a breeze and the hotel staffs were able to understand and communicate in English. The location is accessible to the various train lines, and also near to 7-11 and Family mart. The room is clean and moderately size for a Tokyo hotel. Highly recommended.

Love the location and everything in general about the property. However the rooms are extremely tiny for 2 person, having quite a few luggages, it makes it difficult to manoeuvre the rooms. Also I feel the room pictures were fish lens'ed, made it seem bigger than it is. Other than that everything is good!

Lovely hotel in a convenient location in Ginza - walkable to main shopping areas, several metro lines and with a 7 Eleven right next door. Rooms are modern, clean, quiet and calm, and the reception staff were helpful. We really enjoyed our stay - the standard double room was compact (as expected for Tokyo) but well laid out with a small couch and table for a bit of extra space.

The location of the property is very good, very accessible from the station and all the shopping area in Ghinza. The room was also very spacious with all the necessary amenities. It had a convenience center just below it which was very helpful. We had a good experience at this property.

Pros: Staff was great and helpful. Property very clean. Convenient location. Cons: small rooms, uncomfortable beds and pillows, no gym or any facilities. Only two lifts, that always stopped on two. During peak times, it takes a while for the elevator. Tip is to go to the second floor to take the elevator instead of first floor.
