Restroom is very stinky. Breakfasts are the same everyday. Very little choice of foods. Don’t have 24 hrs drink fountain as other hotels.

Hotel is in a good location the staff are wonderfull and the rooms are nice. It seems small but it typical of Japan. Overall 4/5 stars .

We had to check out after the first night only because it was too late to go somewhere else. The room smelled so much of smoke although it was meant to be non- smoking. We could see cigarette burn marks in the room furniture. There were candy wrappers left on the floor from previous guests. The walls and the whole room had a lot of dirt and wear and tear. The rules were to leave trash outside of the door so the hallways were filled with loads of trash and shoes that people left outside. I never leave reviews but had to for this as it was so disappointing and I do not want other guests to not know about this before they make a decision. The staff were very polite but that is no reason to stay at this hotel

Hotel was lovely, however the beds are very hard and I asked front desk for blankets to help with making it soft. I was very greatful. We were staying 6 nights so I had my bed sorted however the cleaners didn’t like my bed like that so they took it unpon themselfs to take the blankets out. Meanwhile my bed was made neatly and I had my own pillow from home they still pulled it all apart when I had it how I wanted it. The cleaners are also not approachable, very cranky that I asked for fresh towels as I didn’t want them in my room again. Food was pretty much the same every breakfast would have been nice with fried eggs instead of sloppy scrambled eggs that were watery. Location was great though close to trains and grocery stores.

We had booked two nights at this hotel and decided to add a third night. The staff was so friendly and willing to help. We received great local restaurant recommendations as well as polite assistance with finding our way around as these were our first days in Tokyo. The room was clean, comfortable and worked out perfectly for us. Would definitely stay here again!

Late check out is the usual 2000 yen per hour, no complimentary first hour. Rooms on a smaller side. Staff was not able to arrange our luggage to be delivered to another hotel - which is essential in Japan and told us to install the app and do it ourselves. Most of the guests were from North America. Lots of amenities provided in the room including skincare ones.

We had a very positive experience at this hotel. The staff was most polite and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The front desk was very accommodating in helping us arrange luggage transfer as well as locating places to eat. The location is quiet and comfortable as well as convenient to transportation and walkable to all you might need. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family enjoyed staying here. Staffs were nice, this hotel had the most amenities which I appreciated. It’s a short walk from the train station, there were many small restaurants in the neighborhood as well as bigger ones on the main streets. Room was reasonably sized (still compact) but good enough for us. Tokyo tower is very closely located so highly recommend that you visit, you will get an amazing view. I would come back here and stay again.
