Tokyo hotel last day

This hotel was filthy! The walls in our room were so nasty, the floor dirty the sheets stained! The staff was wonderful and very helpful! Whoever thought it was a good idea to have an open roof in the middle of a hotel was not thinking clearly. It was raining so hard the halls were wet and so humid.

Great location, clean big rooms , didn't care for the breakfast. If you're traveling with a handicapped or senior they don't have any accessable rooms all rooms have a tub which is super high. That's not good . Been to this hotel twice , one of the reason I picked it was for the hotel shuttle to Haneda airport but they have a terrible schedule for pick up and drop off.

The staff is super friendly and very helpful. There are convenience stores all around and they offer a shuttle to the airport at terminal 3. My stay was perfect and I would definitely recommend them.

We will 100% stay here again when returning and leaving from Tokyo. The location and shuttle to and from the airport is great. The neighborhood is nice and quiet with some nice shopping close by. The staff was exceptionally nice as well.

Cook Islanders meet Japan for Honeymoon

The hotel was very good and to our liking, something to always look forward to after a long day of exploring the city. The staff was very friendly and they spoke English really well which helped alot. The cleanliness of the hotel and the upkeep of it was very clean. Had housekeeping waking us up most days which was kinda funny for us but annoying for them, mostly because we forgot to put up the "Do Not Disturb" sign, but they were friendly enough to give us some time to leave before they come in to tidy up. The location was pretty good, it was like a 3 to 5 min walk to the train station depending on how fast you walk or stroll to the station.

Good for Arrivals near Haneda

Great option for an overnight between a late-arriving flight and an early departure for the north of Japan the next day. We all slept well and enjoyed our short stay.
