Great home base for a Tokyo visit
This hotel was a perfect home base for 6 nights in Tokyo. The family room with the bunk bed was perfect for the three of us, and having a small kitchen was a great bonus so that we could prepare some meals ourselves. (We loved the Summit supermarket a short walk away) The room had a sweeping view of Ueno Park that was absolutely beautiful and full of activity to watch, and a nice visual respite from the city. The location was also great for connecting to the subway and JR trains. The hotel was very clean and quiet -- everything felt brand new and is well maintained. I would highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Perfect stay with two young kids!
Wonderful stay for family with two young kids! Easy walking distance to Ueno Zoo and large, clean & comfortable room with small kitchenette made this a perfect spot for our visit to this part of the city!

Pleasant stay & excellent location
We had a great stay at this hotel. Room was a decent size for 2 people, luggage was a challenge but possible. Room was clean, fresh towels replaced daily. Wonderful and helpful staff, free small amenities available & coin laundry. Seamless check in and check out process.

The family deluxe bunk room is exceptional for families. We were fortunate to overlook the park also were we had many adventures (Sean boat rides and great walks) having the Onsen upstairs was the icing on the cake. Our children got to experience the whole Onsen experience. We could check via our TV when it was busy etc . The staff were very good and English is spoken by many. Would happily stay here again for an extended time frame 👏👏👏

Loved this hotel! It was clean and felt luxurious. The room seemed more spacious than the other ones I’ve stayed at. I know this is an odd thing to say but my favourite was the bathroom in suite. So clean and modern, I could literally spend hours in there. The staff were also nice and helpful. The hotel has a small coffee shop at the lobby which was very convenient when you want to have breakfast or coffee early in the morning. And the list goes on. I look forward to staying at this hotel next year 👍

A very new hotel. Beautiful and convenient to Akihabara and bars/restaurants. Clean. exceptional staff. Across from Ueno park, pleasant walk and location of zoo and museums. Keisei skyliner direct train from Narita, just a 5 minute walk from station. Asakusa just a couple of stops on the Ginza line train.

Loved our stay at &here. Very accessible and close to a lot of shopping and dining. The room was spacious and we enjoyed using the public bath. Would love to stay here again next time we visit Tokyo!
