Excellent property. Rooms were clean & spacious & well equipped. 5-10 minute walk to Ueno station. Staff were very helpful & also organised our luggage transfer. Onsen was a godsend after long days on your feet. Highly recommend.

Top notch new hotel in very convenient location. The staff were very attentive, special mentions to Ella, who was very helpful, attentive, and super friendly. The check-in and check-out processes through self service kiosk were spot on and speedy. The staff is always there to help.

The area is pretty exciting, a lot of snack bars and such in the area- but super walkable, close to the station, and never once felt unsafe.

Great hotel opposite Ueno Park away from the main hussle of Tokyo but short walk to the Ginza line to easily get around. Rooms were very good size with lots of space, the beds and bunks were extremely comfortable to sleep in. Probably the best on our trip to Japan out of the 5 hotels we stayed in. Bunks were very solid that kids will love. Would ideally like was having a washing/drying machine in room would make this perfect as some other hotels with smaller rooms actually had. Breakfast options from the cafe couldve been better aswell and a bit cumbersome to order as had to go via front desk.

Family rooms or suites are roomy, clean and comfortable. Plenty of washing machines and dryers in the laundry room- and easy to use. We had a great view of the park. Staff were very helpful. Cafe made decent coffee. Would recommend this hotel, specially for families.

I picked this hotel for its closeness to the train station so that after a long flight (with children and luggage) to Tokyo we could get there easily and quickly. The hotel is in a great spot, the surrounding area is really charismatic and the room was really clean and functional. We had a window we could open which was a plus as sleeping in air conditioning always makes us feel a bit yuck. Great start to our trip in Japan!
