This hotel is an amazing property and well suited for families that are attending Disney. We wanted to stay here for a different location on this trip to Tokyo, it was fairly easy to get to. The only thing I would like is that the pool stay open longer. It closed at 4:30 and we wanted to eat and relax in the warmth by the pool.

Great location, bathroom needs work.

Ideal location, about a five minute walk away from one of the stops on the Disney rail system. Lawson Convince store and other shops in lobby. Only issue was the bathroom had a very distinct urine smell from the start of our stay.

Took the limousine bus direct from Narita to Hilton Tokyo Bay. The check in was quick and easy and the brought our luggage up to our room within a few minutes. The room and hotel its self is very clean and modern with lots of dining options. Also it is across Disney land / sea and the Disney rail line. The hotel also has Yamato luggage shipping onsite as well that can in handy.

Bay view with Mount Fuji on the background was fantastic Awesome facilities and great food. The only drawback was the buffet options on our first night, which prevented us from going back any of the subsequent days. Great property within close proximity to both Disney Parks. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options. The room was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed after back to back Disney days. There is a complementary shuttle to the monorail station (across the street) and the train station which was very convenient. The walk from the monorail station wasn’t bad either (5-7 minutes). Overall great value and a great location.

Check-in process was easy. Only problem was my breakfast buffet booking (via Expedia), which was supposed to be for all five of us, was only done for two adults, so I had to separately pay for the buffet for my three kids (which was pricey). I was told at the front desk that kids over 7 are considered adults at their hotel. The hotel and Expedia need to work together to fix this. Booking a package (flight & hotel) via Expedia should have been seamless. The hotel staff was very nice, polite, and helpful. There are two convenience stores (Lawson) to get beverages, food, snacks, …a lot! The property also has a Disney Store, cafe, bakery, a little sake bar, spa. I used the laundry facilities. You can pay using 100yen coins or use the app to pay. Using the app was helpful because it notified me when each cycle was done. I got a massage at the spa. It was fantastic! One complaint was the noise from the floor above us. The folks above us were walking/stomping around with heavy feet. We could hear all of their laughing! I went to the front desk to complain and was told the staff would speak to them. After 20 minutes, the noise continued again. I called the front desk and was offered to switch rooms. It was 1:00am, so we weren’t going anywhere. If anything, the room above us should have been relocated since they were all wide awake. Overall, the stay was nice. If we return to Japan, we would consider staying there again.

Nice hotel close to the Disney parks in Tokyo. We had a room over looking the bay and we could see Mount Fuji and the Tokyo bay bridge in the distance
