Great hotel for disney resorts. The rooms are spacious and accommodated our family of 5. Fabulous view of Maihama bay. Free shuttle to Disneyland resort. Across the street from monorail station which take you you to Disney sea for 150 yen. About a $1. We loved staying here.

We stayed here for easy access to DisneySea. Overall a good and convinient stay. The Monorail is about a 5-7 min walk, there is a bus that goes to the Bayside station but no bus service to DisneySea from this hotel. We didn't opt for breakfast, there is a Lawson's in the building so got dinner and breakfast from there instead. The buffet breakfast was an additional approc $40 per adult and $25 per child, so that option is always there.

Nice hotel that was conveniently located only a short walk from the train station for our visit to Tokyo Disneyland/DisneySea. Check-in was very congested in the late afternoon but staff were helpful and pleasant. Although not ultra-modern, the room was comfortable, spacious and had a great view. We also enjoyed dining at the hotel.

I expected more from a Hilton. No where does it state the outdoor pool has certain hours. Arrived to swim in the afternoon, they closed at 4pm, we got to them at 3:15pm and they refused service for us to take a dip. They also didn’t offer any other swim times. That was tough and an huge disappointment after a long travel day and I didn’t want to pay even more (room was pricey) to use their fancy indoor pool facilities. The worst part was the hotel room overlooked the pool which annoyed me even more. The ocean view was wonderful. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The only perk of this hotel is you were very close to the Disney resort monorail line. Next time I will spend more for a real Disney property. It was an overall disappointment staying at this Hilton.

This hotel was very family friendly with warm, friendly staff and shuttle service to the train station. Beautiful resort and hopefully can return to Japan in the near future.
