The parking fees were confusing how I was charged, but with a language barrier I didn’t follow through with asking. I did think with staying here being American I was going to get some kind of American food at the buffet, sadly mistaken but it’s okay. They did have some fried rice in their sandwich/bakery store in the lobby that was good. My AC in my room went out and they came in to fix it, said it will take a hour. They brought me what they said to be Japanese cookies for the inconveniences. Pool closes at 4pm. That wasn’t cool because we just came back from shopping and everything is already closed.

The Hilton Tokyo was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, and we travel frequently. Their staff is very kind and attentive. The cleanliness is top notch, and the restaurants in the hotel provide excellent quality food. Although I the hotel is great, the only issue I found was that their garden pool cost way too much to use, especially since the hours are limited which restricted us to only one hour available to swim during our stay. The free pool (indoors) is booked by reservation. Other than the swimming issue, this hotel truly matches its star rating. Although it may be a while to get back to Tokyo, we plan on using this hotel again the next time we return. Thank you

The hotel is great, but for the price it’s what you’d expect. Food was great, staff were good. Room was large and great for our family of 4. There is lots of facilities such as luggage transfer and Disney store plus a cheaper late night meal shop who also do room service snacks. If I had one complaint it’s that the swimming pool cost is wild! 4000 yen per person for a swim is extortionate!!!

We Loved how friendly the Hot staff were, they had great customer service. What can be improved is the coin operated washer and dryer, they should have one on every floor to accomodate the hotel population.
