Above and Beyond Service
The hotel and its property are truly fantastic. While we did experience a minor issue during check-in, the staff responded swiftly and resolved the situation with exceptional care. They went above and beyond to ensure my family and I were well taken care of, even exceeding our expectations with their thoughtful compensation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an outstanding experience.

We stayed at an Executive lounge Twin room and we also had the breakfast buffet at the Seascape dining room. First of all, the view of the room with a sea view of the Rainbow bridge is stunning, especially at night. This was why we went back to this hotel the second time in the same year. The food at the lounge was terrific, especially the happy hour. We sometimes had dinner substitutes there. They had the soup stock cooked food and ramen with pork bone soup which were both excellent. The staff at the lounge was great, especially Lama. He told us about the Odaiba drone show and fireworks during the Christmas/New Year holiday and took good care of us. The executive lounge also comes with a free cab ride up to certain limit which we use for our ride to the Haneda airport. This hotel is close to some good attractions auvh as the Immersive Fort Tokyo, Diver City, Acqua City, Decks, Joyopolis and the Treasury Market. It is also not fat away from the Toyosu Market. So you can organize all your sights close to this hotel by staying there. We would love to come back to this hotel again!!

The staff at the Hilton hotel in Obaida were amazing. They always go above and beyond to help us when we asked them for help, even they were busy Everybody was warming, welcoming and hospitable to us. The hotel facilities are always meticulously clean. Our room is super clean. The Daiba train station is 300 metres from the hotel which is very convenient to get around Tokyo. Our dining experience at the hotel's Executive Lounge was fabulous. We were spoilt with a variety of dishes every day. We prefer if the hotel's pool and spa were included in our hotel package. We need to pay when we use it. We will recommend Hilton hotel in Odaiba to our family and friends in Melbourne, Australia

Being this was my families first visit to Tokyo and staying at Hilton, we weren’t disappointed at all. When first arriving we were greeted with a Hilton worker who helped carry our baggage and also checking into our room. We were gifted with champagne and Sake as well as kid friendly snacks and beverages. Given two room keys and the option to download the Hilton app so that we are updated on restaurants menus, events and much more. My husband enjoyed the AI feature connected to his phone where he had access to our room and elevator. We selected the room with a city view and 2 queen beds but was upgraded being a Hilton Gold member to an even bigger and better room. Every morning we ate breakfast at the Seascape restaurant that offers a selection of food drinks. They also have special perks for Hilton Gold and Diamond members that we appreciated. The Captain Bar has a selection of high quality whisker and they too also discount Hilton members. One night my husband and I decided to dine at Grillogy Bar and Grill for dinner. We enjoyed every single dish. From the entree to the dessert. Lamb Chops were cooked to perfection and some of the best mushroom soup I’ve ever eaten The workers customer service was excellent and room service was great as well. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and also come back ourselves on another visit. Last thing our kids enjoyed the pool and sauna area as well.

Definitely the worst Hilton experience I’ve had in the last 20 years. Dining and food options in the hotel were very limited with limited room service times and most restaurants were buffet or set menus. Additionally, there were no casual healthy restaurants (only fast food) to easily walk to so we really struggled with food. Probably the most surprising was that the pool and sauna were $25 USD per day to use. I’m not sure I’ve ever stayed at a hotel where you pay $450/night and still have to pay to swim. We definitely won’t be staying at this property again.

Bit run down. Had cracks in the sink everywhere. Carpets were dirty and had soil marks on them. Daily housekeeping didn't replenish everything and didn't even clean the room. Had to call reception to replenish toiletries.

Great place to stay when in Tokyo if you don’t want to be in the chaotic downtown areas in Tokyo. Just be prepared to take a train before to connect to any other central train so commuting time on average is 30-40mins!

Hotel is near shopping centers, restaurants, walkable to parks, museums, etc. Breakfast was really good and fresh everyday. View of Tokyo skyline, the bay, the bridge was beautiful especially at night from our windows. Stayed there for 10 nights and would definitely come back again.

Hotel need updating carpet is old Everything Seen outdated staff was very friendly they went up and Beyond when my room was not smelling appropriate they went up on Beyond to have the room clean even upgrade me to another room which was okay but it seems outdated view from the room was beautiful hotel is beautiful and it sense but it need updated

Most amazing place i have stayed in 70 years!!
I have stayed in many hotels and many Hilton properties. Cant give credit to Hilton but i would give credit to the management of this property. Japan is a unique destination and has many things different than the US and Europe. This establishment is set apart from all properties in these other locations because of the culture. It was all around amazing and worth every penny!!!

Nice view of the Bay, nice breakfast, clean and quiet. Two malls within a short walking distance with a plenty of dining options. Full size Gundum nearby. Metro rail is also a short walking distance, and it connects to the major subway system. We stayed for a week and it felt nice. The furniture, carpet, wall paper, and lighting could improve. I had a superior delux room, but the furnishing could be better. I recommend to pay extra to get the Bay view. Taxi costs $60 from HND, but the bus (hotel calls it limo) costs $7 per person - it's also slower. Staff is nice, but most of them speak only a limited english. Swimming pool is extra cost, and there is no laundary machine. There is a nice walking path next to the hotel.
